If I could, I would leave 1/10 of a star for this business. I spent all day yesterday after finding a truck on CarGurus, a new Chevrolet 3500. They had listed at @ 71K.
I even called and asked them if this was the correct price and the guy assured me. Yes it was after he looked at the listing. So we began to move forward with the deal. Then after I had already had them appraise my truck that I was trading in, and I filled out the credit app so they could run my credit. They ran my credit and we had a deal and I was waiting the paperwork. Then the salesman text me and said that his manager wanted to talk to me. The manager told me that the advertise price was wrong and they asked me to send screenshots of which I have and took because I’ve been done dirty before. I have the Vin and information from the IPP packet that they sent me as well as the ad on CarGurus, which is still there today. Then, after all this, the sales manager owe whoever he was got an attitude with me and tried to talk down to me telling me that have I looked at the website and do I honestly think that they would have a truck at that price, etc., which didn’t sit well with me at all as one can imagine. Them after all that, I reached out to the salesman to tell him that I appreciated his help and he then apologized and offered me another 5k off to help. So why didn’t the manager try to keep it earn back my business. ??????? I am even consulting an attorney to weigh my options for this bait and switch type of business! I even looked for the owners information to contact him, and let them know what it happened.

I wish I could leave a rating lower than one star. I have been looking for a new truck for quite some time now, but the prices have been exorbitant. Last week Wednesday August 21st I was on the Mac Haik Chevrolet website and I finally found a new 2024 Colorado with a price I can live with $26,500, but they were “In transit “. I contacted the dealership and gave them my contact information and asked when they would be available. Addison contacted me back and said that she didn’t have an exact ETA for arrival and that they would on hold at the factory. I thanked her and requested that she contact me when they arrive. I went back to the website on Friday August 23rd and saw that the same truck that I had asked about on Wednesday was now priced at $28,310. I contacted the dealership again and asked what happened to the lower price and that I thought they were on hold. I was told that “prices change “ and if I had wanted that lower price I would have had to make my purchase at that time. I was NEVER told that when I made my initial inquiry. I told them that this sounds like a “ bait and switch tactic “, and I don’t think that is legal. I was told then that it wasn’t and again that prices change. I was then contacted by Kelly ******** (sales manager). She wanted to assure me that they were not guilty of bait and switch and that she would see if I qualified for any other discounts and she would get back to me. I told her that I was only interested in the truck I had originally asked about and at the price of $26,500 which was the price I had see on Wednesday. She assured me that she would get back to me. It’s now Friday August 30th and she still hasn’t contacted me. If this isn’t bait and switch, I don’t know what is.
Now I know why they are not BBB members.

      My name is ****** ******* I have Purchased in full a 2023 Z06.
I was charged 50,000 over the MSRP price which totalled out to 215k which I paid in cash with no loan in full.
I was also told that I could not sell my car and signed a document saying I would agree to sell my car and had to keep it for 6 months.
At 2000 mile mark the Check engine light came on it went back to the dealer the first time for a week.
Then again for 14 days I believe, then again and then I was told at the 2700 mile- 2900 mark I would need a brand new Transmission and that there would be no e t a on when it would be delivered..
I had several engagements scheduled with the car and thousands of dollars that I was going to make based on me being able to pull up in the brand new Z06.
Instead I was giving a basic Economy car from *****. Nothing that even remotely Resemble what I had and needed for the engagement stat I had booked. Also when you spend 215,000 thousand dollars it is not chump change.
I just paid for out of my pocket in full and this was a huge investment for me that has cost me alot of headaches and time and money.
I asked Brian The headmanager maintenance. To reimburse me 3 months of payments and insurance. That total costs came out to 16,666.16
He told me GM would not approve it. I've asked for reimbursement and nobody's contact me Nor do they care because i've already given them all of my money. All 215k.
I would need to speak to Your manufacturing rap and they should be able to cut the check and reimburse me at least for those 3 months that I was out of a vehicle.
I lost $35000 in potential engagements. And nobody won't book me anymore because they're not sure if I have the car.
Currently I have a flat tire that I had to go take to another shop to patch because also, I've been waiting for the last 3 weeks for G. M to tell me that they have another tire for me.
I need the 50k back they demanded at the dealer Josh Plus my 100k warranty.

I’am very disgusted with this dealership. I purchased a jeep wrangler with them five months ago and my car already broke down on me. I trusted Stevie ******* one of the salesman and he bamboozled me into purchasing a lemon car. The car had dried up mud and sand in the car and they tried to blame me for it. Then said I need to buy a 4,000.00 engine. Meanwhile I purchased the car for my daughter who’s sixteen five months ago and she only drove the car to school which is two minutes away and to work that is also close by. We live on concrete and there has never been a flood or sand in Houston since we bought the car. I tracked my daughter and everywhere she drove prior to purchasing the car and she never went anywhere outside of our zoned area. The residue that was found was old residue and they lied to us to make money. They offered to buy my car back from me and put me in another car which I would be up side down and accumulate more debt. This is a very sad situation because we trusted Mac Haik and they lied to us and my family. Never trust them ever! Do not give them your service.

I purchased a vehicle a few months ago and purchased an extended warranty that the sales man told me I could cancel if I changed my mind. I called 2 weeks later to cancel which the sales man asked me to please wait a couple weeks apparently he gave me a rate discount when I purchased the warranty and if I canceled this soon it would be “taken out of his pay”. My husband went up there over a month ago to try and cancel the warranty and signed paperwork. The sales man said he would turn in the request and the warranty would be canceled and the credit would be applied to to the loan. This has not happened. I have called and left the sales man numerous messages. With no response. Front desk gave me the number to the supervisor which is coming up as disconnected. The warranty is several thousand dollars and every day that has passed is costing me money. Trying to resolve this is costing time and money both which I don’t have. I can’t imagine how many other people this has happened to and are stuck with expensive warranty’s they were talked in to buying with the pitch that your can just cancel no problem. I am appalled at the lack of response and the misrepresentation of how easy it is to cancel the warranty if I changed my mind. Bad business practice.
