      Cristian and his team were OUTSTANDING again!!! I found his old business card when moving and now I know why he looks familiar!!! This is the 4th move with this company and they go above and beyond, but Cristian and his team go above and beyond!!!

      We recently had a large and complex move, and the team from 3 Men Movers exceeded our expectations! Luis expertly led the crew, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. The team was quick, efficient, and maintained their energy all day long. They showed incredible patience, happily accommodating our requests to rearrange a few items into different rooms without hesitation. Truly professional and highly recommended!

      Moving is stressful. Finding a company who isn't trying to overcharge or scam you is basically impossible (looking at you 3 men and a truck and all my son's). This company was fast, on time, professional, careful and the most affordable. I moved from The Woodlands to McAllen and never thought that this level of quality existed in a moving company. Transparent pricing, fast service, no milking the clock and they even give you a link to track the truck. If you are moving and read this, do yourself a favor and use this service. Your life will be positively impacted by that decision and you will never move with another company again.

      Yes I would highly recommend Miguel and his crew.
      They were there right at 7am sharp.
      And they were fast and very efficient.
      At my new house they unloaded quickly and placed everything exactly where I wanted them.
      My move was very smooth thanks to this crew.

      I scheduled my move for 7am this morning. No one showed up and I started calling the company at 7:26am to find out what was going on. No one answered. Finally I got a call back after 8:20am. I was told that they didn’t know what was going on as they were unable to reach the crew. I was told I would be called back. No one called me back. At 8:35 am I get a call from someone who just asks for my address. I ask them who they are - why don’t they have my address already? Where are they? How long will it take them to get to me? The person on the phone does not answer. Just asks for my address. Asks me very sarcastically whether I want my stuff moved or not. At 9:04 am I get another call from the “crew”. They claim that they have arrived. I tell them I am standing outside and I do not see any truck. Finally at 9:11 am the truck arrives. Three men come into my apartment. They tell me that it’s the company’s fault because they never had my address. I ask them to call the company so we could all talk together. They then leave my apartment, get in the truck, and drive away. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior. From both the crew and the company. I hope no one else ever uses this company.

      I want to express our sincerest apologies for the distressing experience you encountered during your scheduled move with us. We take full responsibility for this and assure you that this is not reflective of our company values nor the standard of service that we aspire to provide. Our mission has always been to facilitate smooth and stress-free moves for all our customers. It's clear that in your case, we have not only failed to meet these expectations but have also displayed a breakdown in communication and professionalism. This is wholly unacceptable, and I cannot apologize enough for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused you.

      We consider your feedback of utmost importance and have implemented measures to ensure future services are not subject to this kind of mishandling. I have personally completed a full investigation to understand the gaps in communication and the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the crew members. Appropriate actions have been taken to hold those responsible accountable. To avoid a recurrence, we are reinforcing training for all our staff to ensure they are aligned with our company values of respect, transparency, and professionalism.

      Once again, I deeply apologize for your unfortunate experience.
