      I was not familiar with Johnny Dang & Co. Until I ordered a dental crown molding kit from their offical company website.
      The process was pretty much straightforward. They would send you the molding kit, you would do your molds and send it back for them to create your crown.
      I ordered a single 18K white gold crown. When I spoke to the representative on the phone shortly after I sent in my molds, the guy promise me it would be a week at most before they'll send it back. At the time of me writing this review in July 2025 it has been a month since sent back my molds and I have not received what I paid for. I understand dental crowns take some time to construct. My issue is more with a company making false promises that it fails to fulfill, especially with new oncoming clientele.

      Did not receive my refund I’ve been getting the run around I told them how to return my money they did what they wanted told me to wait ten days it’s been slot longer

      Definitely do not order anything from them. I ordered a ring and initially i wanted to upgrade the diamonds. The person stopped responding so I ordered as described. The day came where it was to be shipped and i received nothing as far as tracking or confirmation. Since then i have called multiple times dialing every number they have. Eventually i just wanted to cancel the order. People still have not contacted me after voicemails, DMs and texts. If you order from them you will not be able to communicate with them at all. Go to ** *** ** or literally any other jeweler. Filed a claim with my bank to receive a refund. Terrible business practices and customer service.

      I ordered earrings a couple weeks before Christmas in 2022 money was taken out my account almost $500 and still haven't received my earrings. Tried calling and emailing to get a refund and no one ever answers or I get a run around. Either send me my product I paid for or give me a refund
