      Never received the item purchased and tried to follow up for resolution for months and they won't answer. They still owe me $600

      I placed a custom order with specific instructions, I was told those instructions were received and would be implemented, upon delivery of the product it was not as asked, the business is refusing to fix it unless I pay more money out of pocket for shipping.

      I came into the store and put a necklace charm that I owned as a down payment on a custom necklace charm that I planned on purchasing. Lambo was the associate I was dealing with. I also sent Lambo money on cash app as I was paying the remaining balance on the new charm as well in addition to the charm I used as a deposit. Time went by and He quit responding to my text messages and I never got any money back nor did I receive my old charm back which he only gave me $1000 credit for. I’m willing to resolve this but all I want is to be refunded. I lost my old 10k gold charm with diamonds and over $2000 cash and I have nothing to show for it which is wrong. All I’m asking for is a refund of my money that I paid him and the $1000 credit for my old charm that I never got back. I live in Mississippi and since he’s in Texas I assume that he thought I wouldn’t pursue being done wrong. I’m willing to take this as far as court if need be in order to be treated fairly

      I bought a pendant from johnny Dangs August 1,2022 in the amount of $281.40. I have not received my item. I left two reviews on their website and I reached out to the support via email August 19,2022 at 3:31pm “ Hello I have not received the item, please reimburse.” and attempted to call 3 times and did not hear back. I reached back out September 2,2022 “ Hello I still have not received the item, please reimburse.” September 9,2022 I received an email from support “ item was not picked up, was sent back to us... we are shiping it out again.” September 13,2022 I emailed support “ item was not picked up, was sent back to us... we are shiping it out again.” I reached out to support via email October 6,2022 “ Hello,
      I am reaching out to you as it is now going on 3 months that I have not received my item. Please reimburse me. Thank you” I have not heard back from anyone nor have I received my item. Please reimburse me to the card on file !

      I haven’t received any information about my order from this company besides a notification of a shipping label. I placed this order 9/24/22. I also paid for express overnight shipping. It is very hard to get in contact with this company. Customer service is almost non-existent. Very horribly ran company. Anyways, I got in contact with this company twice. Both times they gave me the same answer nobody knows anything. They kept saying I have to get in touch with the online department. Well, when you call the online department no one answers ever. You might get a text message. My issue is that I want my full 360$ returned as soon as possible. ** ***** ****** ** ***********
