1 starI originally filed my corporate documents through Swyft Filing. I then had to file a ***. With that ***, they automatically enrolled me in their Compliant Guard (despite already having it) and their virtual mailbox service (despite the fact that I did not need that service). Upon seeing these ******** from them, I reached out and was informed that a second amended DBA filing would be required to fix the virtual mail box issue - and that I had to pay for it. I then had to file another DBA filing. This time, I specifically opt'd out of both an offered Compliance Guard and Virtual Mailbox. Lo and behold, I was enrolled in both again and told that I would need to pay to correct the issue again. At this point, I will be seeking legal counsel as it appears that they value their partnership enrollments more than doing right by customers. BUYER BEWARESwyft Filings, LLC

We understand how important it is to have control over the services you receive. Please know that these add-ons are optional, and we strive to ensure customers can easily opt out. While our packages include a 14-day free trial for the Compliance Guard subscription, you can choose to remove it during checkout. Similarly, the ******************** is offered at checkout, where you have the option to decline and provide your own address.
Please be assured that your second DBA filing does not include either the Compliance Guard or Snap MailBox subscriptions, and you wont need to contact the Secretary of State since the filing uses the address you originally provided.
Regarding your first DBA filing, which had an active Snap MailBox subscription, we have updated it with your preferred address on 04/09/2025. We apologize for any miscommunication or inconvenience you faced with your DBA filings.

1 starI do not recommend this company! It was clear of all the other fees during getting an llc. But they had hidden fees in small words! a 3 day trail then they charge you 149 every 3 months! Also a 14 day trail of something else then that is 199 a year! I did not see this and I was looking carefully! And Check this my business have no even been aprove yet!! To clarify, the secretary of state requires every business to have a registered agent on file to represent their business. During the checkout process, an option was provided to either input your registered agents information or use our service. This service is charged three days after your initial purchase to provide a ***** period for any changes requested before filing your documents to the state.
On the other hand, it shows that the $199 was for the Compliance Guard subscription. During checkout, this is an option we offer free for 14 days, and after the 14-day trial period, you will be charged for the yearly subscription of $199. This service is personalized to your business and state to ensure you do not miss critical filings.

1 starDo not use this company, they added several subscriptions in the fine print of agreement that resulted in several monthly and annual fees. When we tried to cancel them it took weeks for a response only to be told that they can not cancel the subscription and misdirected the conversation to make me believe that it was required by law. Then they threatened to lock me out of my account so that i would not have access to the data that may be needed to take over being my own registered agent and said they would be a charge to regain access. 1 starThis company has been my registered agent for my small business since 2017. Recently I had to call them regarding my locked account. The lady mentioned my account was locked because of a dispute I made last year and how they refunded their service to me. After checking statements, the service was not refunded and an explanation was given at the time. It took 2 weeks for the company to review and find this out as well. So, today they unlocked my account and tell me today I owe $749 based on missed payments between 2019-2023. When I have payments made to Sunbiz and Swyft Filings yearly. No communication from Swyft was done to me until today, March 11, 2025. Regarding payments from 2019-2023. And I can't unlock my account until this is paid. A payment I had no idea of and was never notified of that any were missed. No email. No phone call. No mailed letter to my house. This company will no longer be my registered agent have the huge irresponsibility that have shown. If I'm ever late or have a missed payment for whatever reason, the company notifies me and I pay it. Simple. This company claims their system sends auto emails upon a card declining. This did not happen.Swyft Filings, LLC

To clarify, the $745 charge is for your annual Registered Agent subscription, which covers 5 billing cycles from 2019 to 2023. A Registered Agent is responsible for receiving and forwarding state notices and service of process on behalf of your business. On the other hand, the $238 charge is for the annual report filing with Sunbiz, which is submitted to the Secretary of State in Florida to confirm that your business is still active and operating.
It appears you've already spoken with a representative from our registered agent provider and reached an agreement on how to settle the $745 past due amount.

1 starI used Swyft Filings' online service last year to help me with some of the paperwork involved in setting up my non-profit. I sent them an email requesting that they cancel a subscription that I didn't even realize I had signed up for and requested a refund. Their process is not very transparent and I explained that I didn't realize I had signed up for this recurring $150 charge. I tried canceling on their website and there seemed to be no way to do it. They responded to email and said they needed to speak to me in person, but their business hours were inconvenient for me. I finally spoke to them and thought I was done with them, but 6 months later I got an email that they had tried to charge me $150 again. I emailed them back explaining that I had cancelled with them last year. They took several days to respond and denied having spoken to me and refused to remove the new charge. After I emailed them again, letting them know I would report them to the Better Business Bureau, they finally got back to me and agreed to cancel via email, but will not remove the charge and are stating that this will continue to show up as a past due invoice.
“require all cancellations to be done by phone call” I have no proof that I spoke with someone given that it was last year (which is very convenient for you to keep trying to charge me).
Come to find out their "requirement to cancel service solely via phone call" is in violation of the FTC’s “Click to Cancel” rule, which mandates that businesses provide a simple and accessible cancellation method that is at least as easy as the sign-up process. So I also filed a fraud complaint with the FTC for their continued failure to cancel my subscription and their delayed response (also in violation of FTC’s requirement that you respond promptly). We have reviewed your account and acknowledge that we received your request via email to cancel your Registered Agent ($149 quarterly) and Compliance Guard ($199 yearly) subscriptions. We initially contacted you on 08/26/2024 to discuss your request. During this call, our representative explained that since your filing was still pending review with the Texas Secretary of State, we needed to wait for an update on whether your filing would be accepted or rejected.
If the filing is rejected, we can resubmit it with your new registered agent information. However, if your filing is approved, you would need to file for an amendment to update your registered agent details before we can process the cancellation of your subscription. We do this to ensure a smooth transition in the handling of service of process, while also making sure that your business remains in good standing, as having a registered agent is a state requirement. Although your Registered Agent service was not canceled during that call, your Compliance Guard subscription was immediately canceled since that service had not yet been rendered.
Please note that, in line with our terms of service, you have the flexibility to cancel your Registered Agent service at any time once we are no longer providing it or a new registered agent has been designated with the appropriate state agency.
We strive to maintain transparency with all our customers. As part of our checkout process, the Registered Agent and Compliance Guard packages are offered with an option to opt in or out.
Regarding the charges, the reason you are still being billed for the Registered Agent service is that we are still actively providing this service to your business. You may check with the Secretary of State's website to see that our partner company, LegalCorp Solutions, LLC, is still listed as your registered agent, which means we remain liable for receiving and forwarding any state notices or legal correspondence on behalf of your business. However, as per your request, we have now canceled your Registered Agent subscription to ensure you will not incur further charges. Additionally, please be assured that no recent payment has been taken from your account.

1 starWarning stay far far far away from this company I canceled their $150 a month subscription and after two years, they tell me that I owe almost 1500 dollars Of the subscription that was canceled. They never reached out to me. They never informed me that I had to switch the address on the Secretary of State and just continued to add up a bill and not even add it to my account till when I called about something completely unrelated. Do yourself a favor absolutely do not deal with this company. They will try to screw you as much as they possibly can and make up false expenses that you owe to them do not use them. Do not use them. While you did cancel your subscription on July, 2022, it’s important to note that, as a third-party filing company, we cannot update your registered agent information with the Secretary of State without your direct consent. At the time of cancellation, we provided a prompt indicating that you needed to update your registered agent information directly with the state. We also wanted to ensure that your business remained in good standing, as maintaining a registered agent is a state requirement, and failure to do so may result in penalties for non-compliance.
Since we were still listed as your registered agent at the time you contacted us, we continued to provide those services, which is the reason for the outstanding balance of $1,490. This balance reflects services rendered while we were still serving as your registered agent, up until your registered agent information was updated or we were removed as your registered agent with the state.
We certainly didn’t intend for this situation to cause you frustration. A supervisor from our team will reach out shortly to help clarify this further and work toward a resolution.

1 starScam alert. Id give 0 stars if possible. Charged me for services I declined and I had to dispute. Did not process my paperwork for services I did elect. 16 weeks after the fact they tried to charge me again for the registered agent stating it was required for my predicament. No follow up on work perfomed or phone call inquiries made. Theyll answer their customer service line but would not connect me to a supervisor, would not provide a supervisors email, would not provide a supervisors phone line or extension and kept deflecting to their generixlc info@ or 877 numbers. I believe the same person amswered my calls every time but gives a different name. Do not use them!
