    We hired Bizee to form an LLC with a specific ownership structure involving two holding companies. The structure was designed to protect anonymity and limit personal liability, and we were extremely careful in how we filled out the application. We even saved timestamped screenshots and reviewed the details immediately after submittingeverything was entered correctly on our end.Despite this, Bizee filed our LLC with one of our personal names listed as a member, completely compromising the legal structure and privacy we had worked hard to put in place.When we contacted support with evidence, rather than investigating, they doubled down and blamed us, stating that their system doesnt autofill or override data. Yet the final filing listed someone we never entered or authorized as the signerproving that backend data was added or altered by their system.We requested a digital audit trail to confirm what was actually submittedbut Bizee has refused to provide it, continuing to insist their system could not be at fault. Eventually, instead of helping us correct the error, they canceled our order altogether, causing delays and forcing us to start over from scratch with a new entity, new EIN, and new virtual address.Adding insult to injury, Bizee is simply a rebrand of Incfile, a company with a long history of similar complaints. If you search for Incfile online, youll see exactly why they changed their nameits a lipstick-on-a-pig situation. The problems are still therejust behind a new logo.This experience has been frustrating, costly, and damaging to our business. Their refusal to take responsibility, show transparency, or resolve the issue with even basic accountability is unacceptable.If you value privacy, accurate filings, or professional support, do not trust Bizee with your business formation. You only get one shot to set up your company the right waydont let a careless company ruin it for you.
