Had foundation work to prevent sinking/shifting back in 2017 from Abry Bros. They installed piers under the house. Work has a lifetime warranty. They assured me repeatedly shifting would stop after work. It never did. During the work they destroyed the brickwork on the front porch despite them promising they wouldn't do that. It took 4 months to get them to resolve and repair and even then they had to use bricks I had instead of supplying replacements. It took them subsequently 2 years (2019) before they sent me the warranty document (attached). In 2022 I contacted them for warranty work several times, no response. I gave up. And now a year later, as settling continues to get worse, I have done the same, with no response. I called and was answered once but when I was asked if the call was for new or warranty work I said warranty and they then disappeared. The house has shifted considerably from when they did work, major cracks in the walls and I'm afraid I've got a ticking time bomb here. I'd prefer resolving this through BBB without court costs and hassle. I just want them to honor their warranty and repair the damage from not responding when I first asked. I have uploaded the warranty they sent to me on 9/24/2019
