I went to the company in Cleveland Tx on April 28th, 2022 for toothache. I was given X-rays and a consultation and prescribed antibiotics. When I was checking out they told me that I needed to pay my $50 deductible so I did. I contacted my insurance company after being told by coworkers that I should not have had to pay a deductible and they told me that a deductible was not required for what I had done. I called Trinity Dental and they tried to tell me that my insurance short paid them so now my $50 was going towards that. That’s pretty convenient if you ask me. I told them to send me the bill in question because according to the one they sent me it says it was paid in full but she said that they can’t do that and I would need to contact their main office. I did try to call and that office is just as much of a joke as they are. Every time you call no one answers and I left voicemails and never get a call back. Once again I called my insurance company and they then called them on 3 way and said that is not how that works and they have agreed upon amounts when they sign a contract and they owe me back my money. Here we are months later and I still haven’t received a refund or even the supposed remainder of what my insurance company shortened them. This is said that they treat people this way and I hope that me getting the word out will help someone else not get taken advantage of.
