If I could give zero stars, I would. I went for my six-month cleaning and they told me that I needed $6,000 worth of work done, starting with a required deep gum cleaning that day that would cost over $2,000 dollars. They also said I had a tooth infection. I told them they were insane, left, and filed a complaint with my insurance company. Funny thing, they decided not to bill my insurance for all the xrays they took. That was a huge red flag. They knew they were trying to scam me. I went to another dentist for a second opinion, just to be sure, and he said my periodontal (gum) health is some of the healthiest he's seen, especially for my age. No infection and no expensive deep cleaning was indicated. All I need is a single crown restoration because it cracked. That's it. I am so disgusted with this company. Don't go here. They are scamming folks right and left. All the reviews are terrible. I should have done my homework. Never again!Review from Lili A

My daughters had an appt scheduled, we arrived in time and had to wait 2 hrs before they were called back. When I asked how long it would be no one knew. Once they were called back they took another hr just to get a cleaning done. They didn’t have to have any procedures done. During check out Tiffany was very rude and stated that they took a long time to call them back because the appointments were not confirmed and they double booked. I informed her that I had confirmed the appointments over the phone since I had my younger child scheduled and took her off the schedule to add my older one to the schedule. She stated she didn’t know what I was talking about. The staff needs to get the facts before assuming and learn to provide better customer service. We will no lone return to this office.
