"The car we got through financing through first investors was paid off in February *************************************************************************************************** 30 days we'll here it is April an no check so called them an keep getting the run around saying the check is being processed today an we will have a tracking number for you when they get it ready mind you this has been going on for a couple days an still have no tracking number for this check the owe I so I called them numerous tim3s this week an they said they tried calling me an sent me emails about the tracking number I have not received any emails or phone calls from anyone at first investors an each day i call i keep getting there processing the check an once they process it they will call me or email the tracking number this is a poor way to do business with a customer that paid all there payments on time for 5 years, I don't want to have to take any further steps to get this resolved but I will have no choice"
