      Hard to find doctors covered by this. I was paying paying $326 a month through my credit card for a year. I decided to get another insurance, but very difficult to cancel because the are five different numbers on the card. And the website is not helpful to find right number.

      We are sorry to hear that you had issues with your plan. Please note that our plans do utilize some of the largest provider networks in the country, but it also depends on where you are located. (City/Rural) Thats why we also provide toll free provider finding services along with phone and computer apps that can help guide you to finding an in-network provider.
      Regarding cancellation we try to make it as easy as possible to see the 1-800 Customer Service number, but we do understand that there are also other programs and numbers on the back of the card and on the website that can be confusing. We appreciate your feedback!

      Worst company ever for any type of coverage for any network in Minnesota.
      I paid 497..00 a month , was supposed to be good coverage.
      I had a colonoscopy scheduled at st.cloud hospital. They called my insurance, first health, mba and I did as well. It was supposed to be covered 100% . So I had it done.
      Just got the explanation of benefits 2 months later and they say it’s out of network .
      Now I get to pay a 6000.00 bill.
      I have the peoples names that I I talked to at this horrible company , and they are claiming it doesn’t matter. It’s not in network.
      Do not use this company , they should be put out of business.

      We are sorry to hear about the in-network provider confusion. Whenever a member or provider calls in to review benefits, we make sure to review that they must use or be an in-network provider in order to obtain the benefits. The provider would have known that they were not in-network after they called to confirm the benefits and chose to not report that to the member and continued the appointment process. Please note that we do not chose the provider the member does and should direct this complaint to the provider.

      While we always appreciate feedback, its more helpfu when we can fully understand the reasoning behind your dissatisfication  FirstHealth Network is NOT and insurance company, it is a network of providers and facilities.

      NEVER sign up up for this! We paid $365 a month with a max out of pocket of $6500
      Wife went in hospital for a month. Bill was almost 1 million dollars. They didn’t pay 1 cent! Why is the government allowing them to stay in business???
      Thank god for reviews. Look at reputable companies and stay away from market brokers who want to make you suffer.
      Why isn’t the government or the BBB doing anything about this for consumers?
      Do NOT support either until they change to support hard working people like us.

      This is a scam - not real insurance. When you try to find a provider that will take the insurance none do. they put doctors on their website & when you call those, either the phone numbers don't work or they say they don't take it. The insurance company doesn't help you out . When I tried to fill prescriptions at walgreens, they told me my member number didn't exist. When i called the rep who sold me the insurance in 3way calls they would go in circles. After 4 trips to walgreens with no success & many hours wasted, I stopped trying. We got stuck with this & couldn't go to the doctor for a year until we could finally switch as soon as we were able. worst experience i've ever had & makes you understand why heads of health care companies are getting shot & killed.

      I got ******* 3 months from this first health network by a man who said I didn’t qualify for state and now I’m -1200$ with 0 coverage on my medical bills and I’m a mom of two I called the state recently and got approved for the insurance this man said I didn’t qualify for

      SCAM. Never heard of this company until the bank flagged charges on my cc as fraud. The bank provided company info and it took 2 days to finally reach a rep. who would not explain what the charges were for. Every rep I spoke to (supervisor included) all had attitudes.
      Check your cc statements daily and BEWARE of Association Health Care Management, Inc. or Secure Health Services or whatever they are calling themselves today!

      Hello Ms. *******:
      We take every comment seriously and after further research I believe were able to reach out to you (the payor) within hours of your emailed request on 1-12-25 and then completed your request within 48 hours of your original email.
      Please note that upon your email request we reached out to you that day, but the contact number provided was unavailable and we emailed you back asking for you to call us directly.
      On 1-14-25 you called back, and we were able to speak with you and your son who was the primary member and canceled the plan as requested, while reviewing all information with the both of you.
      We understand that these delays can be frustrating, but we were able to assist you within 48 hours and were able to answer all of your questions.
      Since your situation has been rectified within a timely manner and it was explained on who set this plan up and when, we kindly ask that you reply that your issues have been resolved and that you are satisfied with the outcome.

      THIS IS A FLAT OUT LIE and this situation has not been rectified - you never even issued a credit for the money that was stolen. Your company stole from my credit card two times. Please tell me WHO SET THIS PLAN UP? It was not me or anyone in my family. How dare you use MY information without permission. I am still considering filing a police report although it doesn't seem like anyone cares! BUYERS BEWARE and check your cc statements. These people are thieves.

      ****! They will lied to you about what the plan covers to get you to sign up and finally once you pay the send you all the paperwork (it's alot). I'm a **** so I have the time to read it. After going thru it all I found out that the specific things I asked about were in fact not covered. They also said that the plan would not be active till February 1st (we purchased December 19th) on the paperwork it said active January 1st. If I would have waited till February it would have been out of the 30 day refund period. I've called numerous times to question about the refund and have been "disconnected" 5 times so far. Also there is something called "Socios Buenos" it says you need to download an app and log atleast 500 hours to keep your plan active. BEWARE!!!!
