Company gave me fraudulent information about my eligibility for another healthcare insurance company. Didnt disclose that there will be monthly payments. Told me that insurance was free upon paying a one time upfront deductible. Told me that all my providers will take the insurance. None of them did and couldnt even find the insurance and their data. when I called to discuss the problem, I was misled once again and when I asked for the policy to be canceled, they never did. Through ****************************** was redirected to the enrollment center. Who was very happy to charge me in initial $500. On April 1st period I was told all taxes and fees included. My monthly payment would be ************************************************ a few days. Needless to say. My plan does not cover anything. They are charging me every month for a plan they wrote. When asking to speak with a supervisor I was then bullied and harassed into paying more money. Again on May 24rh they tried to charged 275. I called and was screamed about for asking clarifying questions. I really just don't want anyone else to have to pay To get bullied when they don't understand something. The only person hurt in.This is the consumer because if they cancel with the enrollment center their entire plan is canceled not just the discount program that they are voluntold to enroll in.Initial Complaint

Its still a mystery how this all happened. Firstly, we live in ************* - not *****. Additionally, my family has private health insurance already through our employer. They somehow got our information through trying to sign up my son for ********************** because of his disability. They told us this policy was Masshealth and "he was denied but will be approved" and we had to pay the 1 monthly premium. They then continued to (absolutely without our consent- FRAUD) bill us every single month under the guise of being my sons health insurance company. After I realized these bills were not actually coming from my insurance company (as Masshealth mails statements), I started to investigate. Turns out, a policy was opened under my HUSBANDS name, for a private ********************************* Multiplan". There was never any mailed member cards or any other type of correspondence. I have spent COUNTLESS hours on the phone; always being sent to someone new. So far, I've spoken to *****, ****** L, ****** W, ********, Tehya B, and Necca. I requested a refund (as this is now $932 of charges). They reported it is "under investigation" and with "Upper Management". I am calling daily. I cancelled the fraudulent policy. I have since disputed the charges with my *********** cancelled the card, and put a block on them as a merchant. I have also filed a Fraud Report with ********************** as somehow this all originated from us calling for a status update on my sons insurance policy. And will be posting this review all over the place until its resolved and I get a refund. I will be requesting a recording of the phone call on their end. Seriously, this company is absolutely the worst of the worst and should be closed immediately. They take advantage of those in need and someone needs to stop this. I won't stay quiet. I won't stop until we get our STOLEN money back.Initial Complaint

They have taken money out of my account every month since March of last year, after I terminated their services. I was sent a copy of a paperwork that has something vaguely similar to my signature, but have no recollection of signing it and it isn’t accurate to how I write. I'm being charged for insurance that I didn't sign up for, nor received. I called November 30, 2022 and finally spoke with someone named Daisia. Daisia said she wasn't authorized to refund my money. When I asked Daisia to let me speak with a supervisor, she informed me they were all in a meeting and couldn’t speak with me.
I was notified, by my *** bank, of suspicious activity which alerted me to this company withdrawing 191.95 monthly, since January 31, 2022, through autopay which I never authorized.
Association Health Care Management, Inc,. took a total of $1,727.55, from my bank account, and refunded only $575.85, and said they wouldn't refund the balance of $1,151,70, because I didn't catch their scam within their 90 day policy. How the heck would I know of their 90 day policy scam? The only reason I became aware of what they were doing, was by my bank alerting me. I have never used their services and have been insured with another company. How can a company withdraw monthly payments, from my personal bank account without authorization, and get away with it? This is just criminal! I'm retired, on a fixed income and can't afford to have this kind of money stolen from me.Business Response

I was sold Health insurance from this company, which I was lead to believe from Obama care. But was not. I got insurance and tried to find a doctor from the list of provider, NO one took this insurance? I call them several times on this, and was told to call all doctors on this. I called over 30 provider who did not accept this.
I called to cancel, and was told 10/6 it would cancel. They took a payment from my account, a refused to return the funds. I filed a claim with my bank to get my money refunded. I was told by their people at insurance I should have canceled earlier!?!?

The 3rd party insurance will only sell you insurance, I was confused of why I had a bill with **** *** and the rep told me that the insurance I had l.a health care by **** *** only covers so much and he up graded my plan with out explaining charges and said if I don't Pay the forgiveness payment and the upgrade then it's gonna go to collections and I was trying to avoid collections I made the payment and set up the account. With another agent after she explained more details that he didn't it didn't and I was under the impression I was just upgrading my medical but they actually sold me a whole new insurance and it was too much for my family to afford and I told them I thought I was being upgraded from the insurance I already had not getting another insurance.So on October 13th I asked them to cancel and refund me because I never use the insurance and don't journals and the whole time I have contacted them to try and cancel they just keep sending me 2 member services and none of them can help you just keep going around in the same loop. I have received mixed emails of my insurance being canceled then they stopped the cancelation saying I changed my mind which isn't true. The line says my call is recorded I tell them listen to what the rep says and they just hang up on you. But won't let you actually cancel. They keep trying to run my card.Business Response

I have no knowledge of this policy. I found out last month after checking my account it was empty by auto pay from your company. Please assist by returning my money to my account. Thank for your assistance in this matter
I was told to cancel the policy to get my money back which I did on 9/12/2022. That doesn’t change the fact that I had $987.60 taken out of my account from a state I don’t even live in nor have family in.
