I received an enticing online offer for my one-year-old car from Texas Nissan Grapevine through CarGurus on 9/27. Because this dealership is an hour from our home, I confirmed with the dealership beforehand via text message on 9/28 that they would honor the purchase offer after inspecting my vehicle. However, upon arrival, after a lengthy wait, their updated offer was $3,425 ******* car was one year old, garage kept, had both key fobs, title in hand, and was in excellent shape. The reduced offer was not because of the condition of the vehicle. The sales associate provided various excuses, including that the initial offer included tax savings from trading in the car and purchasing a new one, which I clarified was not part of the written agreement. They then stated that the lower offer was due to the car's mileage, despite the mileage being provided upfront. When I requested to speak with the manager, they declined and another sales team member claimed the purchase price would not be honored because the car was on a "stop sale" due to a recall. The stop sale does not affect used vehicles and this still does not explain why the dealership made the purchase offer to me in the first place, or why they did not correct it when I contacted them before arriving. The stop sale has been going on for months and only applies to new vehicles -- there was no 'change in the marketplace' between the offer being made and me showing up the next ****** became evident that the dealership had no intention of honoring their initial offer. This experience suggests that they may have advertised a high purchase price to attract customers. Despite my efforts, they refused to adhere to their original agreement.

Horrible place to do business. The extended warranty has no value whatsoever. They will call YOU a liar in order NOT to fix your vehicle. The extended warranty is worthless. Do not let them sell you that c*** They honor nothing. Their words and promises are meaningless. They are incapable. They are smug. They don't even deserve one-star reviews. Their goal is to get you in a car and you are on your own. This is the single worst experience that I have ever had in my 60 years on Earth.

I had a worst experience purchasing a used car here. Being out of station, saw a used car worth ~30k on their website with good pictures. I contacted online and the sales person named **** contacted me telling one the best available car in the market. They said someone is also coming from the same place as you and need a deposit to hold the car. With the pressure from sales team asking to send a signed copy of deposit, realized later it is a non-refundable $1000 deposit to hold the car. I trusted the sales *************** blindly and travelled from *** and signed all the documents and drove the car back home.It was a cloudy day at ****** and couldnt notice since the car is a metallic gray color. When I reached back home I was shocked to see close to 18 -20 hail dents on the hood which they never told since it wasnt reported in the CARFAX report.Best part was, they will help it get fixed by calling the body shop person to their dealership and they will wave off the 30% markup which they charge me. So I should drive from ************* to ****** for 30% discount. Finally I got CHEATED.Will regret forever for purchasing the car from this dealership.Stay away from this place if you are buying a used car from out of town.

I found a car from Texas Nissan of Grapevine for $12,800. Car should be $14,200 to $14,400 out the door, and they wanted $17,900. Told them Ill give them $14,400 and not a ***** more. They agreed. Wanted to finance through my credit union and they refused. Then I prequalified with *********** for 7.9 percent. They told me that it was actually closer to 14 percent and that financial institutions do that when you prequalified, but I did the same thing on the other car with Echopark and the interest rate was spot on then they gave me a loan *** That would do ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** case of an audit I will never buy a car from them again

The purchased of a used 2022 Nissan Frontier SV was the most smoothest purchase of my lifetime so. Naturally the saleswoman attempted to convince me to get 2023 model. I wouldnt budge and was able to facilitated me with what I wanted. She treated me with respect and the professionalism of all the staff was amazing from beginning to end. Their ****************** is also outstanding and thorough with explaining what the vehicle needs and what has been accomplished after.

If I could give negative stars I would. They are all about getting one over on you, not building loyalty based on great customer relations. They happily sold us a used truck that we now owe literally over double the value on. We carried zero negative equity into the deal and now owe $35k on a truck worth $15k. Don't get me wrong, I completely understand they need to make some money in order to keep the doors open but I can't help feeling taken advantage of. Yes, shame on us for trusting the dealership when they told us what a great deal we were getting. We don't buy many cars and we needed something right away due to an accident. However, this is highway robbery. When we gave them the opportunity to make things right and build a loyal customer for life, they told us to pound sand. So you should do yourself a favor and find a different car dealership. AVOID working with Texas Nissan or their ******************* team ***********************, Managing Partner, *************************, and Administrator **************** *********************, or hold on to your wallet and prepare to get screwed!

BAIT AND SWITCH!!Advertised $0 down, $199 month and when I called they said they don't know what I'm talking about and they don't have any such special going on. I sent a screenshot of their website where I saw the special advertised. Then they blamed it on their website manager saying Oh they forgot to take that down. When I told them forget or not you're still advertising you need to live up to your advertisement They just said no they don't do that.Good to see the old bait and switches still active. Crooks!!

I bought a Nissan Sentra ,cash, a month ago and they still have not sent the tax and registration money they collected from me to the ********** so i can get my title and plates. I have gone there 5 times, every time someone says he is the manager and he will follow up with accounting department and call me back, NO ONE calls back, I don't know what kind of shady business is this. I am so disappointed with their customer service. *************************

*****, Thank you for taking the time to speak with us yesterday about your concerns. I am glad we were able to rectify the misunderstanding of how long it takes for License Plates and Registration to be processed (6-8 weeks). We went ahead and pulled your file to be expedited and were able to provide you with the overnight tracking number. Please reach out to us for any future needs, we are always happy to help!

After 4 hours of waiting and just asking for a rough estimate of what the cost would be, I was shown a sales price of $2100 over the price shown online then told its a reconditioning fee and its because of Covid and everyone does it now. Also the owner/manager told this weird story about how he assaulted a police officer and almost went to jail with a felony but his attorney not only got him off but he sued the police department and won $3million so that was fun.

I went to the dealership on 5-30-23 and made a deal to trade my car in on one of their program cars. We agreed on $15,300. Well thats when they started changing their tune. First of all the past owner couldnt get financing, which isnt my problem, and the car was not for sale at this time. My wife talked to them today and another fabricated story and but if I wanted to pay $17,900 he could have it ready this afternoon or in the morning, 6-1-23. This is the second time I have tried to purchase from them the first one was almost as bad. I will never darken the door of Texas Nissan.
