5 starsI was very pleased with the work done installing 14 windows in my home. The Window World crew arrived when scheduled, worked diligently the entire time they were here, and cleaned everything up before leaving. I was impressed by how well the crew worked together, as if they were a well-oiled machine. Plus, the windows look GREAT! 5 starsVery pleased with window world starting with the first visit from ****. He was very helpful answering all our questions and walking us through the process from beginning to end. . Our window installation came a bit faster than expected. The crew led by ******* and ****** were very professional. They made sure to prepare the working area before and after use. They cleaned up after installation and walk us through every single of the 24 windows they installed. Overall, the process went very smooth. 3 starsGot quote. Approved for loan. Scheduled install. Text received day of install that it was cancelled and must reschedule. No explanation. Nineteen year old grandson killed in auto Sunday before Wednesday install. Let company know that we still wanted scheduled install. Installer texted first day he had was 5/31. Must agree ASAP so he can "lock it in". Called office, put on hold momentarily, told installation would explain what happened a and call me in a few minutes. This was at 1:30pm.Still no response at end of day. Concerned with severe lack of communication and coordination.Hope install takes place on 5/31 and quality they promote.Window World of Dallas, LLC

1 starI usually do not write bad reviews for the affect it will have on a company. However, I am at my last option here. I ordered replacement windows for my house about 5 years ago. The windows were great until about a year ago when I had one window that keeps "falling out". The window falls out randomly and they fixed it once, but the second time it fell out during a freeze. I told them this is an emergency as it is below 30 degrees outside and I do NOT have a window!!! They did not seem to care and scheduled my service 2 weeks out. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEIR WARRANTY IS HORRIBLE!! SAVE YOURSELF HEADACHE AND TIME! FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!Review fromDebbie N
