Mr. Green was paid $500 up front on 1/8/22 (to order door/jam/hinges) to replace our garage door with the same door that was damaged. Mr. Green came to house on 2/12/22 with helper and replaced door. We were unable to inspect everything to the fullest as his helper painted the door after hanging and they said to wait couple hours for it to dry before using. He was then paid $375 and they left. We contacted Mr. Green shortly after letting him know we weren't happy with door as it wasn't the same door/hinges. And that his helper got paint all over our floors and other walls. After our phone call via Facebook messenger (have all the messages) he stated he would make it right. Months went by with me always have to ask for an update. I told him I would like at least half the money back since he kept saying he couldn't get door (always out of stock). After several months on 5/3/22 he said he got word door would be in the next week. I never heard from him so I messaged again on 5/26/22 asking for update. He then told me on 6/1/22 he returned door as I never responded to him to when he could install. He never let me know door was in. I then asked for refund again as I am going to have to pay somebody else to come replace it again and paint the mess his helper made.
