    Mgc elec trike truck diffy leaks and nobody has the parts or knows what type or weight of oil. No parts list, no repair manual.just import this c*** and fools fill flock to buy it

    Wish I could leave a 0 star review. I have been dealing with ******* ***** for a new unit that we bought in October of 2024. This unit has 51 miles on it and the unit would not start on March 13th of 2025. I contacted the company and they sent me to a dealer in ******* Ks for warranty work. When I dropped the unit off the dealership told me they had 2 other units that have been sitting for over 2 months due to the same issue. The dealership contacted us a week later and stated the parts are still on backorder through this company and they are unsure when they will be getting the unit repaired. This was purchased brand new with 1 mile on it. I contacted Mr. ***** stating that I wanted a manager to contact me and I have yet to have a reply. The dealership states once they get the part in that this will be a constant issue with the unit because they are built cheaply. Spending 9k on a unit that only ran for a couple months. This was purchased for my 76 year old father with mobility issues on the farm and the company could care less..

    Massimo is a horrible brand. They dont care about the quality of their product or the satisfaction of their customers. My family bout a Warrior model and only got a handful of rides before the unit started falling apart, literally. We had a warranty but got the run around when eachfix lead to another problem. After months of phone calls, emails and storage fees Massimo agreed to take our UTV and repair it in *** 6 months later we are now in legal battles to try and re coop some of our loss and Massimo asks us to return the vehicleThe vehicle they already took back to repair. This company is not trustworthy. The Left hand doesnt know what the Right is doing and doesnt care as long as they continue to sell garbage units. The Warrior UTV looks like a military vehicle which appealed to veterans like my husband and I. We wanted to get our kids outdoors and have family adventures. The whole experience with Massimo has been and continues to be a let down , heart ache, disappointment and total disbelief. Disbelief in how shady, corrupt and incompetent Massimo is.Please dont purchase and **** from this company.

    Worst held up machine- china maded says it all!This mini jeep is really a cool machine for kids but it will not hold up under normal wear- screws fall out, back seat is made of cardboard and breaks into, back wheel rack will not stay locked in place.

    I bought an electric bike through them through *************** not honoring anything either but Ive contacted Massimo its been over a month since I ordered the bike I finally got the bike it said four days shipping on the 14th day it showed up and then parts are missing so I wanted to parts and of course its important part like the piece that holds the front tire on I contacted them multiple times they said they sent it out I contact her on a Thursday I contact them again shes like oh we sent it out Monday this is going on day number 11 or 12 that I have not received the bolt and I do

    I bought a massimo Buck 400 UTV in 2020 not knowing they discontinued it that year. I have less than 1000 miles on it and need parts for the tierods. Massimo cannot help me. They told Bennche motors took over for them. I cannot find the parts on their website have asked them to call me 4 different times with no results no call backs. I did find tierod ends that said would fit massimo 400 ordered them and they were not the right size. I am really disgusted with both companies. I dont know what I will do in the future if I can't find parts in the future maybe I can sell it for junk. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER

    Beware of this company. They are horrible. I purchased a massimo golf cart less than a year the battery went out would not charge. I called the company several times no one every picked up. I sent several emails. How funny when I purchased the sales division responded to all the emails and always returned my call now when there is a problem no contact from the company. I spoke with ************************* and still have the recorded voicemail from him that the he set up a claim and located a dealership that could work on the issue. This was after 3 months of attempts. Of course once everything was fixed and completed a bill of $663 that should be paid as part of the warranty was denied stating it was outside of the warranty. The claim started in January with emails and calls and was fixed in march. I have received no communication from the company regarding the denial or any returns of emails. My owners manual states the warranty is for a year. If this information was provided to anyone upon purchasing I would not have bought it nor would anyone else. I called today and spoke to **** very rude he declined my claim I asked to speak to a manager of course the manager is in a meeting I told him I would hold. Asked him to provide a direct contact number for **** (manager) and he would not. Gave me a random email. I told him I would hold had already been on hold for an hour he said fine then hungup. After looking at all the issues with this company and there products the company does not have goodwill to handle the products that are being sold. I have kept all the information and phone calls that were recorded on my end. The company should uphold their warranties.

    Worse company ever. Very poor and rude customer service, if fact they even blocked my phone number while my T Boss was still being repaired.I rear shift differential locked up with only 52 miles on the unit causing me to have the side-by-side towed home and multiple parts replaced. My unit has been broke for two months and I still have not gotten it back from the repair shop because they refuse to cover all the cost they agree to.

    Purchased the mini tractor has less than two months of riding on it and it was falling apart, gears stopped shifting, leaking oil. I was told to take to a local shop to have it worked on in September, they still have it because Massimo has yet to get them the parts to fix it.Requests have been made by us and the repair shop for a while new unit with no help.

    I bought a Massimo golf cart brand new. Noticed a burning smell, like burning rubber, but thought it might be from breaking it in. With less than 30 miles on the golf cart it caught on fire. The wiring where the batteries were caught on fire while I was sitting right above it. Trying to get them to fix the golf cart has been a hassle. Even with their approved Massimo Repair shop the owner there was having trouble getting Massimo to repair the golf cart. *** tried to call and now the number now is disconnected.
