  I purchased a used vehicle from Crest Infiniti in May. It was sold with the understanding that the transmission had been replaced 4k miles before purchase. Less than 60 days after purchase the transmission had to be replaced. The service inspector who okd the vehicle for safety missed that the bolts on the transmission werent tightened and it caused the metal to shred and damage the new transmission. I contacted them, spoke to the manager who said he was attempting to find a resolution, but has now stopped calling me back. Please be aware prior to purchasing a vehicle from here that the inspection completed may not be accurate in regards to the safety of the vehicle. I had hoped they would do the right thing and cover the cost of the transmission, but unfortunately it looks like theyve decided not to. If anything changes I will happily update my review.

  The company Crest Cadillac located on *************************************************************advertisement stated that the vehicle was ******. But added 3000 in to the asking price and as soon as I told them, I only had 2700. I'll keep looking, ***********************, runs my credit without my knowledge and permission changes my loan application and send me a new loan application at a much higher interest rate. The proceeds to tell me, well You chose us and if you go somewhere else you will have to start over. I have texts message to prove the whole conversation that we discussed. Now the interest rate cannot be adjusted because he ran my credit 2nd time. I'll will let my bank know exactly what took place in the morning. This is very unprofessional and sketchy.

To clarify, your credit was not run without your permission. While your pre-approval *** have shown a certain figure, your rate *** have changed once the information on the vehicle was updated. In addition, the $3,000 that you mentioned was simply the cost of taxes, title fees and license fees, which are required to be paid for at the time of purchase for any vehicle.   I find their service department very dishonest number one the guy had me sign some thing, and then explain what I was signing to pay for a diagnostic that I had just had done at another place. They said they had to do their own.A few months ago, through caliber collision they had had crest Infiniti do some repairs on my car that were not communicated to this guy named ***** in the service department. He said they do not communicate.They tried to tell me I needed to do all these repairs over again.They gave me a loaner car, which I drove 20 miles when I came back they try to charge me for 2 gallons of gas and when I asked the guy how many miles to a gallon he said 18 I wonder how they came up with that calculation to charge me for 2 gallons.I checked on the same repair at another location of a good trusted repair shop and it was less than half of what Crest quoted me.In my opinion, the people there were total all jerks, very rude, and being a woman I felt like I was being taken advantage of. Do not take your cars here.

  Took my car on Aug 19,2023 check engine light had came on and it was having issues with the first start of the day or after it has sat for a few hours . Other than that the car ran fine and had no other issues. Picked it up the first time and it was shuddering like it was about to die on me . It was making low noises . Immediately turned around and took it back to the shop . They did more repairs and said it would be another **** at-least to fix the problem oh and now my fuel dampers are messed up .. went back and forth. Second time I picked it up it died on my in the ******* parking lot. They towed it did more fixing picked it up again and it smelled of gas inside and its was jerking and still making loud sounds, the towed it AGAIN. Picked it up for the 4th time today ant 1:30 after they said its ready and been driven for 100 miles . I drive 20 mins , make 2 stops and check engine light is back on and it sounds horrible, shuddering like its about to shut off. And of course its a Saturday they close at 3. called at 2:55 once it started happening, was suppose to hear back from the service supervisor, no call . Spent 3k to get a car that sounds HORRIBLE and is unreliable annnd my fuel dampers are **** up, but now thats my responsibility to pay for that! I dont think so! . NONE of this was happening when I dropped it off on august 19th.

  Crest auto group is a criminal organization owned by *************************** through his hedge fund company, ******************* When you purchase a vehicle from them, they tack on all sorts of eyed add-ons charge you hundreds of dollars for nitrous oxide in your tires, ceramic coating that is put on blotchy or never put on at all. And they sell you warranties that are basically just reimbursement insurance policies. I bought a used Cadillac from Crest Cadillac in ****** that had been in an accident, though they advertise it as not having been any. Brought the car back they were gonna buy the car back but they didnt really want to ask me what would make me happy I said fix the car they had it for two weeks. They still didnt fix it correctly and the tip off was glass falling out of the trunk originally entered this day, glass still falls out of the trunk. They never fixed it correctly. I would never use them again not even for an oil change. I drove 40 miles to do business with them after researching the car that I wanted and this is how they treat me. Actually, this is how they treat a lot of their customers. They are over 179 not currently recommended bad reviews of this dealership on Yelp alone. They also put up fake positive reviews to boost their numbers. Several of these, *** reported and they have been taken down. People in ****** are not buying cars from Crest in *****, Nor are they putting their car in a barge and bringing it in for service. I find everything about this company just despicable.

  This place is a joke!! I bought a car here and had scratches on it. I was told they were going to fix it. The car was painted and they left over spray all over the back. That doesnt include when I first got the car they tried to tell me they would they would lower my interest rate if I would sign on the extended warranty plans they have thats kind of fishy because the bank dont negotiate extended warranty or interest rates !!!!Sad to say, but ********************* has better service than this place.!!!!!! the proof is right there in the pictures so they cant say I am lying!!! I will be getting a attorney!!
