      This company provides no customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. My shift disappeared from the app, no other training meetings worked. I did not receive any help by sending a message in message manager. This company has wasted my time. The trainers were great but the company itself is nothing short of a giant SCAM. They should be closed down permanently. Solutran should find another company to contract with, immediately.

      I did a mystery shop at Best Buy for Shiftsmart following all the guidelines and photos submitted.They reject payment with no explanation.This is not the first time they did this to me.They make up excuses not to pay after receiving the surveys.

      I booked a cleaning job at circle k.i arrived early so I went in store to let them know I was there and to say I will be outside so they don't call police on **** was met by worker with this response" why are you telling me this" then "I hate white people you all think your privileged " I wrote ****************** and left store only for them at shifts.art to tell me I missed a shift and can no longer work for circle k.so basically I got fired for getting my rites violated. And now since then I worked other jobs and they reject payment for no reason or explanation I did not even get response from circle k. ************ preys on the unemployed ******* has more homeless people working for them than people with homes.i cannot get help from anyone. Do not work for them.i would rather be a burden on the state than to ever work for them again.

      I have been working for Shiftsmart on and off for 3-4 years. EVERY SINGLE shift theres an issue with the app, glitches, etc. In app messages will go unanswered for hours. When someone does respond, they do not actually READ what is the issue. They give a generic everyone response. I did a background check last December, they wanted a new one for some reason even though *** previously worked for the current company that is needing help. So I already have everything on file. They say there needs to be a video of your equipment, but no place to upload it on onboarding. So, they say submit it to messages. So I did. They say do 5 , 8 hour days of training, complete all the assessments, as well as the final one with 90% in order to get paid and move on, okay, DONE. Ive been telling them for well over a week, trying to click on schedule drug test takes me back to background check instead of actually scheduling your drug test, they say delete and reinstall app. Okay, done. Still have the same glitch. The trainer for day 5 tells you once she completes you, you super get paid two days later. Ive still not been paid, been reaching out to them multiple times a day, have two support tickets in, and still no word from them. The day make sure you can log in and complete your final assessment with 90% to invoice payment, I did that days ago. Still no pay. You have taken MY VALUABLE TIME, which I cannot GET BACK, dont answer questions, dont offer true support and the right hand hasnt the slightest clue as to what the left is doing. Meanwhile, Ive still not been paid. I get tired of them expecting t the standard from you and yet getting back below sub standard assistance and communication from them. This company is the worst! I want my training pay. You need to fix your issues and offer TRUE SUPPORT AND SOLUTIONS.

      I scheduled a shift as a cleaner through the Shiftsmart app. Following the directions in app prior to, and upon my arrival at the scheduled store. I walked into the store, located the manager on duty, introduced myself and tried to begin my shift. I was told that I was not needed, and was turned away from my shift. Not only was I unable to work, I wasted resources, gas etc., but that got me restricted from the platform, and unable to view or schedule future shifts! There is seemingly no way to get in touch with an actual human person, and it's rather infuriating.

      Shiftsmart has ripped me off and denied me $480 in total payments due to:1) Their vendors not knowing that a Shiftsmart partner would be on site even after I checked in using their procedure to the last detail, so they kicked me out of ******* during my inspection when I was over halfway done. ***** from Shiftsmart inspections team said I'd be compensated. I never was. "*****" actually tried to act like I'd done something wrong. I can't control how corporate/district people are going to react to something they're not even aware of.2) Their proprietary app Safety Culture crashing several times during inspections, causing me to have to do and redo work several times on the same assignment the same day, only to be denied payment in the end because their inspection report app allowed me to mark it complete even though it had not accepted a few of my images. I cannot simply drive 150 miles back to the last store because of a few pictures, but that wont stop them from stealing your days work and travel costs.3) I complained that their app was bad and they were incompetent. ***** ended my access to the inspection checklist website as I was finishing up 80% of an ongoing inspection. Again, I lost my days work and no one responded to me from Shiftsmart ******* inspections, not ***** or anyone. However a Shiftsmart ZenDesk sub-contracted customer service rep belittled me, saying that She has thousands of partners to take care of as if I was not important or expected too much. I was simply following their procedure to check in on Zoom after an inspection to get the all clear so I could leave the site. I went an entire week with them ignoring me and never responding for that confirmation.4) Leaving another job with 2 weeks notice given, only to have them completely disappear once I was actually grinding out a lot of work.As confirmed by others, Shiftsmart and its ******* Inspections program are exploitation of the working poor and working homeless.

      On September 3 I did two mystery shop and was rejected payment. After I drove over 30 minutes I didnt get paid. I reached out through email and text the phone number and no one responded to me. It isnt fair that I didnt get paid . I wasted my gas effort and time and I am highly upset. I will never do another retail phone business mystery shop again it is very wrong

      I requested some type of payment history from these people, and the sent me a csv file in the app's message center, and there is no way to access it or download it.

      I worked for shiftsmart and they still have not paid me for 3 day's that I worked. How can I get my money. I am behind on my bill's because they have not paid me.

      This is the most convenient way to quickly earn extra cash. All you have to do is download an app, clear a background check, and start perusing jobs. I try to pick up one shift a week and it's an extra $68.00 in my pocket. You do have to watch taxes as there's nothing pulled out. If you have a full-time job like I do, just deduct an extra $10 of withholding from each paycheck. You can pick jobs or not pick jobs. Work when you want to work. I work as a merchandiser (stocking ****************** and/or cleaner at Circle K fuel stations within a 20 mile radius of my apartment. The shifts are only 4 hours long and the $ gets deposited to my debit card every Monday. I occassionally have issues with the app, but I'm not very tech-y. Anyway, when that happens, I just send a message to their help desk and they fix it within hours! Wicked easy!!!
