      I have been with shiftsmart for 3 years and never had a problem until now. About 3 weeks ago my app updated and I was unable to login. I reached out to support and did all the trouble shooting to no avail 2 days ago I was informed that my Device was banned But couldnt explain why and to reach out to their legal team. But cant tell me why.

      I am an independent contractor with shift smart. I loved working with circle k in the beginning but due to SEVERE app glitches I have not been able to see shifts, or even reach anyone thru customer service I am only seeing "closed ticket" I would like to be compensated for a shift I drove over 25 miles there and back. Friday may 12th 2023 I was scheduled for a tech support job, showed up and was turned away the security guard taking my name down and promising to let shift smart know that I was there, went to check to see the next day that I would get my promised pay and I did not. It was rejected. I drove 25 miles there and another 25 miles back for absolutely nothing. My ratings drop even when not working, I don't ever see shifts any more due to my ratings they say. Some representatives will say if my ratings below 90 percent I don't see priority shifts and others have said if it's above 70 percent that I will priority shifts. What's up with the app not showing ANY shifts ever anymore. Come on shift smart please do better for some of us this is our fulltime job.

      For this project, partners must arrive onsite and conduct a test with a clients product. Once the client confirms they successfully completed the test, a payment is issued. For some tests partners are only allowed to complete one testing session.

      I worked a 4-hour shift for ShiftSmart on May 11 at one of the Minit Marts here and have yet to receive my payment or a response back from anyone on the team. Ive emailed almost everyday since and still nothing. They **** every one as solved except for my initial email I sent the day I worked my shift. I have provided them with both of my codes they gave tic me in-store to clock in and out. My account has been wrongfully deactivated as well. Im pretty sure its very illegal to work a shift and not receive payment, correct?

      On May 15th 2023 at 2pm est I arrived at circle k store number ******* for a 4 hour shift. I made contact immediately through the app and sent in the requested information of the date time and location of the shift a selfie in front of the store showing the store number and the name of the individual who turned me away from the shift. I was told that the manager didn't leave a code and that they only accept shiftsmart workers on Fridays. I was marked as a no show for this shift after spending my time and gas to get there. The payment for that shift was already in my budget and as I was turned away and marked no show I wonder if I will be compensated for the time and gas that was waisted. At the very least I would like some communication and to be compensated for the shift I was denied because this company doesn't communicate with anyone.

      Monday May 15th , 2023 I worked at a Circle K as a clerk I was provided the check in code , I checked in worked my for hours with no problem, but when I went to check out the shift completely disappeared. I went to look at my schedule and it was as if I never had a shift that day . Another problem I had was I was marked as a No show to 2 shifts that I was turned away from previously. Fast forwarding to today I get notifications that all my shifts have been cancelled and Im permanently removed from the platform for no reason at all ! I feel like this buisness is very unprofessional when it come to maintenance and customer service, they would be fantastic if they knew how to handle things in a timely manner and communicated more with their employees. Its just such a huge inconvenience !

      I was a partner with Smartshift. I was assigned two projects as a mystery shopper on 5-11-2022 for ********* I completed the projects and completed the surveys. I was paid for one project and the other project was rejected because I put the sales associate had an IPhone. He did not give me the model/type. I was unable to include this information so I put it under "other" in detail. This was the only section to put it, as there was no other place to put it. Seeking payment of $18 due to me for the completed project, hardwork, time, and transportation

      For this project, partners must arrive at a retail location and follow the provided guidelines in order to simulate a curated shopping experience and then submit a mandatory survey based on their experience. If all guidelines are followed and the survey is completed correctly, the shop will be approved.

      When investigating this matter, the Shiftsmart team determined the survey submitted by this partner contained contradictory responses and for this reason the data cannot be used by our client. As a result, the shop was rejected for failing to meet quality control standards.

      The Shiftsmart team has made a one-time exception and issued payment for this shop, the funds are immediately available in this partner's balance.

      For this reason, we consider this matter resolved. If the partner has any further questions or concerns we would be happy to assist them.

      On April 29th 2023 I sent text a link from my app on the platform for shiftsmart to my neighbor she then clicked on that link and signed up for sure smart had never heard of shiftsmart until I introduced her to it there was $100 referral fee available with a link inside of the app I clicked on that and I shared that link we supposed to be compensated for $100 shiftsmart is staining that she did not use my link to sign up for shiftsmart but the app in itself needs an update it lags you can update your profile and it still says that your profile is incomplete I've been a part of your smart for over a year now and it's it's glitchy it's it's laggy there's always an issue within the app and I just feel like I do the $100 and they do not want to pay me

      Periodically, Shiftsmart will release bonus offers across various projects. If a partner meets the defined criteria for eligibility, the bonus will be paid. This partner is referencing a recent referral program that was facilitated directly through the app. These payments will be automatically released within a few hours if all eligibility criteria is met during the active bonus period. If the bonus was not issued, this indicates the requirements to qualify for the offer were not met.

      When reviewing this case, our records indicate that the referred user did not use this partner's unique referral link to sign up for the Shiftsmart app for the very first time which is a requirement for payment. Moreover, during the investigative process, the Shiftsmart team determined the referred user in question has a duplicate account which was created on 4/21/2023 prior to the referenced referral date of 4/29/2023 relative to this dispute. Based on all the available information, the referral payment could not be issued.

      For the the above reasons, we consider this matter resolved. If the partner has any further questions or concerns we would be happy to assist them.
