Back in March, your team performed several services on my car. Shortly afterward, I began cancer treatment and, until now that my health has stabilized, I was unable to address issues that persist with my car. The rear trunk hinge still makes a terrible noise, the vehicle drives as though no work was done on the shocks, and the dashboard has been excessively noisy ever since your team replaced the dashboard ring that was broken during a previous service. Although the replacement was done at my office, removing the ring appeared to disturb the surrounding components, causing this noise. I am requesting the replacement of the affected dashboard components and the proper completion of the work on the shocks and trunk, as these issues remain unresolved.Compounding my frustration, when I was returning your loaner vehicle, its tire blew out, putting me in a terrifying situation that could have caused a severe accident. Fortunately, I managed to pull over safely. Despite informing your team of the incident, I was met with indifference. *******, a member of your service team, texted me during this ordeal, threatening to charge me for the damage and retain my vehicle, even though I urgently needed it for my cancer treatment starting Monday. He repeatedly emphasized that no one could assist me because your staff was leaving for a company party. This lack of professionalism was appalling. That night, ******* claimed to be top management and dismissed my attempts to escalate the matter. His behavior was manipulative and left me feeling gaslit and helpless. As a result, I refuse to work with ******* or the Fort Worth team again. I request that a higher-level manager address these issues and that my cars future services be handled at another location. Ive included text exchanges to highlight why I cannot deal with the Fort Worth team further. Now that I am healthy enough to drive, I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and professionally.

Tuesday Jan 7th at 5:30 pm I brought my car to park place Mercedes Benz because it would not start. Earlier that day I had a starter put in it and a brand new battery from autozone. When I got the car there, service advisor gave me a call, asking me to tell him what happened with my car, and I let him know that it was not starting although it had the starter and battery replaced earlier that day. The service advisor then took that information, noted it, and then gave me a call back when a price of $900 for a diagnostic fee because someone else outside of Mercedes out the alternator in and that they would have to do a deeper diagnostic to see what the issue was. They took almost a week and a half to do the diagnostic and could not offer me a loaner car. Then after they did said diagnostic they called me back saying my brand new battery had zero vaults to it so they had to put in a new battery for $461, I thought it was outrageous but I agreed because I wanted my car to start. Then called me again letting me know that I needed a new alternator for $2400. And that was their diagnosis. However any mechanic can tell you that you cannot see whether a new alternator is needed if you cannot get the car to start and they could not get the car to start. I talked to the service manager and he told me that he needs to do trial and error with my car to see what will get it to start. Therefore no diagnostic was done which they charged me for, and they also charged me for a new battery even though I already had a brand new one that they could simply charge. Im so angry with this dealership. Theyve cost me so much money and I still have no idea whats wrong with the car.

    Greetings.
This vehicle was towed in on January 7th due to a no-start concern. Ms. ******* informed us that a mobile mechanic had worked on the vehicle the previous day. Given this, we required additional diagnostic approval before proceeding, which she approved.

Upon initial inspection, our MB-certified technician found the battery was dead. We recommended replacing the battery to continue with the diagnosis, which Ms. ******* also approved. After installing the new battery and attempting to start the vehicle, the technician observed smoke coming from the passenger side of the engine compartment. To prevent further damage, he immediately disconnected the battery.
Further inspection revealed that a non-factory alternator had been improperly installed, causing it to arc and ground against the motor mount arm. Based on this, we recommended replacing the alternator at a cost of $2,400. As a factory-authorized dealer, we could not continue diagnosis without a properly installed, working alternator.
At that point, I got involved and advised Ms. ******* that, since she had recently paid a mobile mechanic for the alternator installation, it would be best for her to return to that mechanic to have the issue corrected rather than incur additional costs.

Instead, she chose to involve Take 5 Oil Change. The Take 5 manager visited our dealership with the client and reviewed the situation with our shop *******, ***** *******, who has 40 years of Mercedes-Benz experience. After reviewing the case, the Take 5 manager agreed with our findings and informed Ms. ******* that, due to the vehicles condition, they would not be able to assist with repairs.
Ultimately, we assisted her with costs, and she only paid $431.34 for the technicians diagnostic time. Additionally, we refunded her the cost of the battery and returned her old battery.
Please let me know if you need any further details, as we are happy to clarify if needed.

I went to this establishment in June to have my turbocharger replaced I had the service done and through my extended warranty it was repaired for $5100 dollars. I paid ****** out of pocket the warranty people paid the remainder. On September 13th the same issue occurred I dropped it off on the 14th and informed them the same codes occurred. The sales advisor informed me that he will fix it again on good faith and that he would let me know something on the 16th or 17th. We spoke on the 19th and he informed me that in fact it was the turbo. Now today on the 23rd his supervisor calls me to inform me about a whole other issue and says I owe 240 for a diagnosis I informed him that that has nothing to do with my turbo. Then suggested a service for ******* that isnt relevant! Thengets irate and says your extended warranty will take care of it. I said I just want the problem I brought it in here for. He said well thats another diagnosis fee. If i know that from the beginning I would have never brought it back there. I just want my car fixed . I dont mind paying the ****** for the original diagnosis but I want my Turbocharger I initially paid for to be fixed and we can settle that way.

On May 2, 2024 purchased 2018 Mercedes E300 with the agreement that (1) *** part to be ordered and replaced. (2) Drivers seat leather replaced. (3) Middle console right side leather would be replaced at no charge to me. On May 3, 2024 the driver seat leather was replaced. On June 3, 2024 I took my car in for the replacement of the *** and leather replaced on left side of console. I was given a loaner. It would take 3 weeks because the entire console had to be removed and put back. On 6/22/24 I picked my car back up with all repairs completed to my satisfaction with no charges! 3 weeks later the console button on the right side would no longer open. I took my car back at the appointment time to Service person ***** on 8/9/24 for them to repair the issue with the right side of the console not opening. I was given a loaner car. I received a text on August 14, 2024. Hi ***************,The technician found that the springs inside the center console have become weak causing the issue with opening. I have attached the estimate to repair of $935.00. If you have any questions, please call me. I told ***** to get with my Sales person ********** and last Service ********************* because this was never an issue. Whoever they used to remove the console and replace the leather failed to properly put it together correctly and you could clearly see it is off. ***** said ok and called me back in about 30 minutes and said the Service Manager ***************************** said they would split the cost of the repair so I could pay about $467.00. I said no! First of all I would never have purchased the car if they had not agreed to replace the leather on the console. Secondly, whoever they used to fix the leather on my previous visit failed to put it back together correctly. Mercedes wants me to pay for something that was there error in putting the console back together. They need to fix the console at no charge to me.
