      Purchased a car from the dealership on June 6 and have not received my title. Temporary TX tag has run out (Aug 5). I live in AZ and had driven over to purchase the car in El Paso. I have been calling, emailing, and texting every few days since July 25 with no tangible results. I need to be able to register my car and get an AZ tag.

      * **** ** ******** ** *** I was looking for a new car. I contacted with Subaru El Paso since they were the closest Subaru dealership to *******. I made contact with the representative from dealership and I was told new cars are coming to the dealership. I said I am interested in a Subaru Legacy Limited; dealership ran a credit check and approved financing. I told them I will be at dealership on 6-July-2022 at around 5PM and ensured that car will still be available when I arrived to the dealership. I was assured that car was reserved for me for 6-July ** ***** **** * **** ******* ***** *** ************. I asked again to ensure that car will be available before I drive to the EL Paso. I was assured. On 6-July, I got the text message indicating that car is reserved for me. So, I took half a day off from work and travelled from ******** ** to El Paso, TX *** ***** **** ****. I arrived to dealership at around 5:30PM. Representative I talked (***** ********) told my wife and I to wait. We waited 45 minutes without any contact. I looked for representative and found him. I told that I don't have whole day and I need to return back to *******. He introduced me another sales associate as his manager. Other sales associate told me that the car reserved for me is already sold to someone else. I said that I came all the way from ******* based on your text message and they continue ***** about the situation. Other sales associate's name is **** ******** and he was not a manager. I already own a Subaru car and it is reliable but this particular dealership will make me think about buying another Subaru vehicle in the future. I communicated with the another associate next day on 7-July and she was surprised about the whole events. They offered another car but I am not willing to travel all the way to El Paso to be disappointed/frustrated again. **** *** **** *** ******** ****** *** I don't recommend anyone to shop at this particular dealership. *** **** ** **** *** ********
