            Contractor was hired to repair the damage from a flood in our home. The mitigation had been done by another company that was unable to provide resources to repair the torn out areas. Contractor said that he specialized in insurance claims and would assist with documentation and communication of what needed to be done to the home to bring it back to "normal". The contractor was informed from day one that Nebraska Furniture Mart would be installing the new floors. Contractor did not itemize his invoice to show cost of projects, insisted on money up front for jobs not completed, failed to explain that some requested work would not be covered by the insurance and did the work prior to the explanation. Initially called multiple times stating and sometimes yelling that the project was going to cost $5000 more because I told him to tear out all the flooring and paint more than the insurance claim estimate. Then texted my husband and I at work that he wanted us to sign to pay him $7100

            Top-notch! From the first call to the end ************** and his company made this process so easy. Good ole boy who will shoot the s*** with you but when its time to work they get it. Had ******* on in half a day. And thats cleaned up and gone. Cant tell they were even there except for my new roof. He uses the best materials and they do quality work. Painted everything to match. But his lifetime warranty on his companys craftsmanship sold me. Says what he means and means what he says. ????
