      Mi nombre es ******* ******** claro * me gustara poner una queja a la compaa de tricolor auto que opera en el estado de ******* .debido a que adquir un vehculo en el mes de Enero del 2025 en dicha compaa cu*o vehculo tres meses des pues de haberlo adquirido se le rompi la transmisin el da 22 ******** del ********************************************************************************* a*udaban a una solucin * no fue hasta el 28 ******** que pude enviar mi carro a un taller que ellos seleccionaron (supuestamente de tercera mano) pasado una semana contact al servicio tcnico de dicha compaa * * una compaera de atencin al cliente me informa que mi carro exactamente tuvo un problema en la transmisin en el cual se est trabajando que en unas dos semanas *a estara listo entonces espero las dos semanas * ms * en el da ****** 29 ******* del ************************************************************************************************************ compaa tricolor auto *a que ellos no me haban contactado * la compaera que me atiende me dice que no sabe el estado de mi caso * alrededor de una hora me contact un seor llamado **** que me dice que el atiende mi caso * me informa que exactamente mi carro tiene problemas en la transmisin pero que ellos no cuentan con otra transmisin o piezas de respuesto para reparar la ma por lo cual mi vehculo se debe de demorar ms ****** en el taller Le dejo saber que tenga en cuenta que *a hace un mes que tienen mi carro en el taller * que no tengo movilidad para ir a mi trabajo que si poda a*udarme con algn vehculo mientras se resuelve mi problema * me Dise que en mi contrato no se brinda ese servicio por lo cual solo me restaba esperar a el da que ellos puedan arreglar mi vehculo En todo este periodo *o he estado pagando ration a otra persona para poder ir a trabajar * no he dejado de pagar en ****** los pagos quincenales que me corresponden

      This dealership should not be a nonprofit they don't help people they call it "helping" but it is "ripping-off people". I called today to inquire about refinancing my vehicle and I was informed that I am not able to refinance unless I am financially struggling. First of all a person needs to be financially stabled to refinance. The customer service *** was very hard to deal with and refused to assist me with refinancing. He stated that if a person refinances, their contract will be extended. In my opinion the dealership continues to rip people off. I highly encourage you to NOT buy from this dealership they have terrible customer service, they are only nice when you are there to buy a vehicle.

      I was sold a 2020 ram 1500 in which I took to ***** and found out that it was missing bolts in the etorque and also had stripped bolts in the etorque a bad starter in which they tapped in the a wire that wasnt the right wire the motor that originally came in the truck wasnt the motor in the truck they put a junk yard motor in the truck and charged me a $5200 down payment when I found out I advised them I wouldnt make any more payments and asked that they come pick up there vehicle and return my money only for them to keep hanging up in my face each time finally months later they call after I told them I only prefer to speak via email they completely gave me the run around and ignored me left the truck sitting here for at least 3 months only for them to tow it and say they repossessed the vehicle after I told them I done a claim with the dmv these are very bad people who will literally refuse to do good business in the beginning I was told 5000 they held on to 500 and had me wait weeks saying they where fixing the truck to pass inspection now I have ****** balance against my credit I warn you do not do business with these people they will rip you off

      0 stars !! I purchased a 2019 ***** encore for 2000 down Jan 21. 2025. On Feb 20th, 2025 A car engine reduced light popped up on the dash , air stopped working and the car started running hot. I took the car to auto zone to get a code check. Code check indicated I needed to get a throttle body. I instantly stopped driving it, put coolant in it and texted and called the dealership to pick up the vehicle. They picked it up did a test on it told me that it needed a thermostat and throttle body replaced and that my warranty covers it. I kept calling to see when the repairs would be done . Finally on March 4th 2025 they call me saying they replaced what they said needed to be fixed but when they ran another test the engine was trashed and the cost is 5000 to replace and that my warranty doesnt cover it. They have been giving me the run around ever since. Even an employee of theirs told me they were trying to mess me over and make me pay for the damages of a car I didnt damage and that Im not the only one going through this tragedy with them. They sold me a lemon and Im highly disappointed because this car is on my credit that Im working hard to build. I actually purchase the car to help build on my credit but its seeming like this investment is doing the opposite of building my credit. Im coming out of a lot of money on rentals and missing out on work because I do not have a reliable car. Im currently planning to sue Tricolor! I refuse to pay for a engine and havent had the car for a whole month !! I would never recommend Tricolor. Im looking at the reviews and I regret giving them my hard earned money and will continue to fight against the scams of this company as long as my name is attached !

      Awful company that lies about down payment and credit checks. Caters to illegal immigrants and won't sell to a white guy that wife and him combined make ****** a month. Ad says no SS card no problem but it doesn't say if you have a SS card cause you are here legally they don't want to sell you a car.

      If I could give a zero stars I would!! Even though hearing negative complaints and reviews I still have tricolor a chance to be my opportunity to purchase my first vehicle. Worst nightmare ever. ******** services guys are rude and not helpful. LIVE AND LEARN

      Beware of this fraudulent company we are in the process of hiring a lawyer and suing them for repo our truck and claiming we had missing payments. They do buy the cars from auctions as I was able to see it in the carfax they sell garbage.

      muy decepcionada con este lugar, llevo un ao pagandoles, y ahora me exigen q les pague a ellos una aseguranza que ni siquiera me *** una copia para andarla en el carro, y resulta que busque una aseguran completa como ellos exigen y resulta que ninguna aseguranza la hace porque el coche tiene un reporte por incendio de circuito, y lo lleve a un taller el coche y me dicen q tiene doblado el chasis que ellos no debian venderme eso y pues ahora estoy asustada porque no quiero andar asi con mi bebe, esta gente vende vehiculos de subasta y los venden como nuevos si no fuera porque ellos me llaman para exigirme un pago no me doy cuenta que lo que me vendieron por ***** dolares es basura. no recomiendo este lugar he llamado les he dicho y aun sin respuesta, no se como el dmv les deja seguir operando ya que ese coche no deberia estar a la venta hasta tiene un reporte por la **** y por la misma **********, sinceramente ya no se que hacer pero no recomiendo este sitio.. no compren nada ahi, **** *******

      Te dicen que sus carros tienen 150 puntos y te los venden rotos y despus tienes que esperar a que te ellos quieran arreglarlo porque no te devuelven el dinero aunque lo reportes al otro da de comprarlo.Tambin te venden los carros aunque no seas del estado y despus no te pueden prestar ninguno porque no tienes licencia del estado tienen la ****************
