      Very shady company. I tried 5 times to buy a truck but the one they advertised was never available. It was always, "just sold". Bait and switch move. Always offering a different vehicle than the one I wanted. Avoid this company. Go to a reputable place like Carmax or Autonation.

      They sold me a defective car, 3 days after purchase the check engine light came on. The brakes are awful and unsafe, and the tires are leaking air. They wrongfully took my vehicle back and forced me to pay $1,500 before I was told where it was. But I couldnt even get it because they waited until the place was closed on a holiday weekend to get my car. They refused to fix the car as well

      This is the 2 time we buy a car from here but this time our experience was terrible, my brother knew what car he wanted and was willing to wait for them to have the car available but the ladies would always call him and tell him to go check out the new arrivals, around this time my car broke and when his car finally arrived I went with him to tho the paper work and decided to check the cars when we went oh surprise I heard them name calling my brother I was bothered but didnt say a word and decided to go ahead and purchase a car (my mistake) they showed me a car Camry ************************************************************************************************************************ it looks a lot then the manager came and said no they are not look she showed me other pictures of the car I was like oh ok so when I got the car and I looked at it the seats were super stained (yellow) I was ok they told me Ill get a deep clean from them so they booked the appointment but they never told me anything until that day I was like I work cant take it they told me get a Uber or something because if not the appointment is going to get lost I was ok when I went to pick up my car the detail guy didnt even go because they didnt confirm the appt with them of course I was mad and told them youll are making me leave my car for nothing because you all didnt confirm the appointment the manager was rude and said well get yourself a detailer, then my plates were due on oct 6 I went they werent there yet they told me 1 more week I went again and still not there yet they told me to go and get the extension I call customer service and was told the lot was supposed to give me the extension I went and told them again and was told no that I was supposed to do it so today (a month later) I called to verify they had arrived and when I went and gave me my plates the lady that sold me the car had a note that said my name number and she wrote the crazy thats just disrespectful

      I went in after being promised they had the vehicle I was looking for. They approved me even with the credit issues, which is the reason for the one star. I asked a ton of questions while they ran my application and verified my income. We asked when first payment would be and we were told 3-4 weeks after purchase date. Perfect it would fall on my payday. After discussing I didn't have the amount they wanted for down payment, they "helped" me with what I had and added the rest to the **************. After signing and receiving vehicle the following day, I went online to register my account to make payments and possible enroll in auto payment. When I logged in I saw the due date was only 2 weeks from purchase date and it didn't fall on a payday. I was told by the lady who helped me purchase that I needed to call customer service. I called and they told me after being hung on twice, that they couldn't help me. They told me to go back to the dealer and fight the contract and that 99% of the time nothing would be done. So now I am in fighting the change to due dates. This place is not good business

      My niece went to buy a car from this company in ******* *****. She lives in ****** *****. When she asked about the plates, the salesman said that he could deliver the plates to her in ******. He then said that he doesnt have a place to stay in ****** and he was going to get a hotel room and she could stay with him and he will drop her off in the morning. She didnt know what to say. She just got out with the car came to. ****** told me what happened. I told her to return the car the next business day. We asked to talk to managers they deny our request. I questioned the salesman over the phone about the situation, and he said that he was joking with her. We do not know how to proceed with this. Any advice?

      Bought a car from here sold me a lemon they lied about warranty never really fixed anything . Car blew up in flames while I was driving it

      Tricolor Auto is a scam. They take advantage of people who cant get a vehicle anywhere else. I got in a bind and got behind on my notes. When I called and tried to work out some type of payment plan to catch back, up the guy on the phone laughed at me and told me they wouldnt accept any of my payments and I wouldnt have my vehicle by the next day. When they did come get my vehicle, they came onto private property and didnt even let me know they took my vehicle or where to find it. Whatever you do, do not buy a vehicle from Tricolor auto. They are nothing but scam artists.

      I'm a veteran and have lived in allot of different environments. I've delt with so many nationalities. I've learned to see what some can't. Tricolor is a dealership to whom focus on the ******************* I was told one thing when trying to get a car and had the complete opposite happen. The Hispanic lady online was very rude and after not understanding she made a comment thru message saying maybe you can't see but I've already explained. I took a screen shot of messages just in case ever denied. Someone needs to look into this.

      They cannot get the payments correctly. Every month we have a problem making a payment with them and the next payment keeps getting put to the back of the loan. They tell you to go to places to make a payment in these places say no it seems like they are purposely trying to keep your loan going.
