      Bought overpriced $13k 2017 ******* Accent from Karz, *********************** in July 2023. By August the bumpers falling off and the gas mileage is around 12 mpg. He promises to fix the bumper but never does. He promises to have a complete tune-up on my car by "******" but I just found out that was NEVER done. The car recently broke down, with no oil, bad spark plugs and the catalytic convertor is BAD. The oil change was never done, despite dropping my car off for the day in August. I found out that it was never done when the car broke down and had NO oil. ***** continues to lie to me and tell me he paid for a full tune-up but he refuses to provide me with a receipt showing a tune-up was done. ***** is now ignoring me, of course. I want him to take this car back and I want to take my business and $13k loan elsewhere. My loan is through ********************

      1/8/2024 I went to a car lot and called karz trying to purchase the vehicle I feel that all the information and gave them all my paperwork and they told me that the bank had approved me for a 2019 ***** equinox and I paid $1,000 down payment and took the car home and everything and when I went to leave again my car was gone I called the police they said that it has been repossessed I said how's that possible when I just got it today so then I called the car lot back they told me that the bank had come got it that I lied and falsified my application so I called the bank the bank said that they never agreed to the deal that they never you know agreed so the guy the car lot his name was *********************** he lied to me told me that the bank approved me and took my down payment and then come get the car the same night and now is refusing to give me my money back told me lied to me again told me that the bank had my car and the money and they told me that they do not have it either one of them that they never see the down payment in the first place so I need help to get my money back it was $1,000 is all the money that I had to actually get a car in regardless if he thinks I lied on my application then he still doesn't give him the right to lie to me and then steal my money he should have 0 inform me that the bank did not approve me so that I wouldn't have given him my down payment you know but he did that because he knew that he could get my money and keep it or he's so he thought

      I would like to also add the name of the bank that this company lied, the company (***********************) told me that Credit Acceptance approved my application for a an auto loan,  And after speaking with Credit acceptance, they have record of me applying but they said that they never approved my application. The reason why they didn't approve my application is irrelevant at that point they should have told me that I was denied and canceled my application and sent me on my way but they did not they told me that I was approved took my down payment let me leave in the car all under false pretenses and then 3 hours later come and got the car for me and kept my down payment. Doesn't matter what my application said or didn't say or why I was approved or not approved that is not give them the right to then lie to me and keep my money. It only gives him the right to deny my application or any dealings with me from that point forward. If this isn't get through to them I will go another route but I will get this resolved because it is wrong and they shouldn't do this to anybody else either I don't want this to happen to anybody else because that was all the money that I had for a car and he stole it for me.

      I called the office and reported that I didn't have the hours to cover the first payment because it was thanksgiving week. I only drove the truck for 8 days. They had it towed two days after the payment was due. I got a loan because they asked for a payment with no exceptions. The same day it was towed I attempted to give them the payment, they told me it's to late, and they $3360 if I want it back. I was flabbergasted.

      This company sold me a lemon I think, It had stuff wrong with it and they said they would fix it, it was still under warranty with no spare tire, no ***** no sun visors. and the steering wheel had a click in it and they were supposed to get fixed, It still has the dam clicking in the steering wheel every time you turn it, I'm sure its not to safe to drive, Its is always an excuse why they could not fix it, or could not get to it . Yes, a rip off please lies and lies and more lies nothing ever gets done. No one should sell anything like that if they don't stand by there word .. it a rip off please please do not go to them.... I am sending it back I have to take a loss on my credit score because of neglect and it could be dangers to drive....

      They Are Ripping People Off And Need To Be Shut DOWN!!! ASAP!! I will make sure of it. I was almost done paying for car and they picked up my car behind a 2 day late payment and told me I had to pay the remaining balance to get car back!! But they did me a favor cause GOD blessed me with what I needed and wanted!! But they better count there days cause the day they come across the wrong person its OVER!! For all of them!!

      THE ONLY ACCOUNT I FOUND FOR ************************* WAS FROM AN ACCOUNT DATED A FEW YEARS BACK. ************************* PURCHASED A 2012 **** FUSION FROM KARZ ON 1/24/2020 . SHE WAS REPOSSESSED ON 02/10/2021. SHE WAS NOT 1 PAYMENT 2 DAYS PAST DUE , SHE WAS 2 FULL PAYMENT PAST DUE AND SHE CALLED THE OFFICE ON 02/09/2021 AND STATED THAT SHE WILL BE IN TO MAKE A PAYMENT ON THAT FOLLOWING WEEKEND WHICH WOULD HAVE MADE HER 3 PAYMENTS DUE AT THAT POINT. SHE WAS ADVISED BY HER ACCT REP THAT SHE WOULD NEED TO COME IN SOONER SHE GOT UPSET AND STATED THAT IS WHEN IS GOING TO COME IN AND HUNG UP ON HER ACCT REP. SHE WAS REPOSSESSED THE FOLLOWING DAY.  UPON REVIEWING HER ACCOUNT ******************** DID REQUEST TOTAL PAYOFF ON HER ACCOUNT. ******************** DID NOTHING WRONG AND I AM CONFUSED WHY SHE WOULD WAIT 2 YEARS TO FILE A COMPLAINT.

      I was told that the minor problems will be fixed without me having to pay anything my car stop on me and my small childrens in the middle of the street I havent had this car a month and the transmission already went out I was told they will fix it and work with me towards payment but now they saying all theses other lies I just need help Im a single grieving parent no family support no help I want my money back I worked hard for or them to put me in another vehicle that works or fix the car the right way..

      ************************* PURCHASED A 2012 ****** ALTIMA ON 04/20/23. THE VEHICLE WAS SOLD " AS IS NOT WARRANTY" .  ON 05/11/23 THE CUSTOMER SAID THAT THE BRAKES WERE MAKING A NOISE , WE OFFERED TO SEE WHAT WE CAN DO FOR HER SHE REFUSED. ON 05/23/2023 ***************** CALLED THE OFFICE AND STATED THAT HER CAR WILL NOT GO INTO GEAR. KARZ TOWED IT TO A SHOP THAT WE USE AND WE RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE FOR THE REPAIRS WHICH DID INCLUDE THE TRANSMISSION. WE ASKED FOR A PERCENTAGE DOWN AND THE REST IN PAYMENTS . SHE STATED THAT SHE DID NOT HAVE THE MONEY FOR IT. THE CUSTOMER UNDERSTOOD THAT THE **** ARE SOLD AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY . SHE SIGNED 3 DIFFERENT DOCUMENTS STATING THAT, AS WELL AS 1 THAT IS BID BOLD LETTERS STATING THAT WE DO NOT TOW OR REPAIRS **** FOR FREE AND THAT THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONDSIBLE. ******************** CANNOT HELP WHEN THE **** BREAK DOWN BUT WE DO OFFER HELP.

      So I bought a car from this car lot a few months back my car got repoed one night while I was asleep I went to talk to them and they told me I could not get my car back my items were still left in the car they told me I have 30 days to remove my items from the vehicle that was 2 weeks ago I went in today to reclaim my property from the vehicle and apparently one of their employees took my stuff and quit the job I asked for corporate information to contact the owner to make my complaint I was told that that information was unavailable and was told to file a complaint with the police department they do not have any idea where my stuff could have gone

      Radiator on my car busted 01/16/2023. Called Karz the same day and spoke with a woman named ******* (?) in the business office about the issue. Well, I already have a very good mechanic who does the repairs on my car, is trustworthy, and is reasonably priced. She told me the tow would be of no charge if let them do the work and it would be finished within 2 hours, so against my better judgement, I agreed. Tow truck driver did not show up that night as promised, so called again the next day and spoke with the same lady. She said she would send someone else out for the car, but to have my things out of the vehicle just in case someone would steal my belongings, since they dealt with multiple individuals.Got leery and decided to go to my mechanic, whom I had called and he quoted me a reasonable price to fix the issue. Didn't believe this tow truck would show up, so I just left the house and took it to my mechanic who was starting to work on it when ******* called and said that if I didn't bring the car back they would be charged for the tow. Like a fool took it back to have them tow it to their shop.Waited 2 DAYS for them to order and replace a radiator that took two hours or less after being repeatedly promised it would be in and out within the day. Was quoted ******. ****** would be needed to pick up the car. Went to get my car today 01/18/2023 and was told that there was a rear seal leak. I said I would pay for the repairs already made and would have my car towed to my mechanic for additional repair. The business office said that the auto shop would not let me drive the car away due to the leak. Again, repeated that I was calling AAA for a tow. They refused and claimed not to know where the car was located, only that it was in the shop. **************** tried calling to have it released and told me that they would not listen to him and release it, either. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANY REPAIRS OF THE **** BY KARZ AND AFFILIATES, I HAVE MY OWN MECHANIC THAT I WAS TOWING IT TO.

      Instantly started having issues with the car I got from them not even 2 weeks from having it. Having to pay a repossession fee for the car getting to their shop to be worked on. Very unprofessional, had an employee calling me degrading names on the phone. Something needs to be done about this sleazy business.
