- Additional Info:On June 30, 2022, BBB reviewed a pattern of consumer complaints regarding Karzilla LLC, dba Karz. Specifically, the complaints allege the following:
~ Consumers purchasing used vehicles that operate while on the KARZ dealer lot, are defective and/or fail to operate properly after few days use, requiring mechanical repair,
~ Consumers with repossessed vehicles are unable to retrieve their personal belongings from said vehicles after repossession, reporting missing items and/or money,
~ Confusing/contradicting information from KARZ regarding Customer Service concerns.
On June 30, 2022, BBB sent Karz communication requesting the company's voluntary cooperation to respond to BBB's request for information.
While BBB did receive a response from Karz on July 7, 2022, as of September 15, 2022, the business has failed to address BBB's inquiry.
