      Purchase a car 4/10 and the wheel bearing broke off the vehicle while transporting two small children on the express way what told vehicle is inspected and good to go . When trying to reach out to a manager the manager ignores my calls and told me he would reach out to me over 3 days ago and still heard nothing back my first payment is due 4/23 and k dont think its fair Im paying for a vehicle that I havent driven since I purchased I would like to exchange the vehicle or see if that can pay for the towing to get the vehicle to the service location

      Drive Casa has been charging me for collision even though I have full coverage insurance. I have been making my car payments without the collision so now I have a past due amount but it's all for collision because I'm current on my car payments. They repoed my car on 4-16-2025 and they told me that I have to pay the past due amount of $428.41 plus the towing fee which is $345.00 to get my car back! Drive Casa is ripping people off and I really need some help because this isn't right!!! If they reply to my complaint saying that they don't have a customer with that name and number then it's a lie!!! They have caused me to miss work!!!

      Subject: Urgent Assistance Required Unresolved Vehicle Issues and Missing Plates for 2015 Jeep Renegade Im reaching out regarding a 2015 Jeep Renegade Latitude purchased by ******** ******* from your Northwest Highway location in ******, ** on January 22, 2025. Despite the purchase being over 60 days ago, she has yet to receive her license plates, and attempts to resolve this with your team have been met with unhelpful responses.Buyer: ******** ******* Vehicle: 2015 Jeep Renegade Latitude VIN: ZACCJABT0FPC3PP29 Purchase Date: January 22, 2025 In addition to the missing plates, the vehicle has had significant mechanical issues since purchase. The alternator failed just 11 days after taking possession, resulting in a 10-day repair delay. The air conditioning is also non-functional, and your team has indicated they will try to get the partan unacceptable response given the time of year and climate in ******These ongoing issues, combined with the lack of clear communication and resolution, are highly concerning.       Bravo Acceptance has the absolute WORST customer service. The employees will berate you & hang up on you. They are charging collateral insurance even if you have not had a gap in full coverage insurance. They will give you the run around & force you to pay the collateral insurance on top of your car payment on top of your full coverage insurance. They refuse to be of any assistance in removing the collateral insurance. I dont know what has been going on with them lately but it is greatly unappreciated. When asked about a manager, they claim there is not one or that nobody can speak to you.

      This is the worst company to finance from literally this feels like a nightmare I cant get rid of they are so rude Im talking about extremely rude but want you to make payments with our HARD EARNED money for them to hang up in your face or refuse to let you speak with a manager they will cut off your car for $30 if its 3 days past due and they wont give you any type of extension unless youve made 5 on time payments out of 7 haha a JOKE seriously the manager ***** ***** is also rude do not reply back to emails the agents hangs up if you want to know info about your account I really just want to give them the car back and find someone else to finance with or trade it in because Im literally living in a nightmare I cant wake up from DO NOT FINANCE FROM HERE they add unexpected fees and do not notify anyone of them and they dont like when you asked why were those fees unexpectedly added

      On March 7th, I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 for $1,586 w/ a deferred payment of $300 due on 3/14. On March 8th, I I noticed that the A/C wasn't blowing cold so I called the dealership and they informed me that I would have to get the vehicle to the service department so they could take a look. Note: I have a 30 day warranty. So on March 21th, suddenly my radiator had busted and the car began to running hot. So I alerted the dealership of the problem and they told me that I had to get the car towed to them and I did. They kept the car for a week, in which I was told to pay the insurance $85 and that the car was "ready to go. " As I was looking at the service report, I noticed that the only thing that was serviced was the radiator and NOT the A/C. So I gave them a call back to inquire about the A/C problem. I was told to bring the car back for service and I did. They claimed that they serviced the car w/ dye and refrigerant and if the car continued to blow hot air to alert them. Well I had a car payment due of $311 on March 5th (Saturday) and the service department is closed on weekends. So on the following week day (Monday) March 7th, I called the service department. And tried to get some customer service, only to get the "run around."

      Purchased this vehicle with Drive Casa ********************************************* 02/28/2025 Check engine light came on 03/01/2025 I reached out to drive casa and told them about the engine light and they scheduled me to bring the vehicle in on 03/11/2025 I took the vehicle and they said it was a minor situation and it was repaired. I drove the vehicle off the engine light was still on so I reached back out to service so they scheduled me an appointment for 03/19/2025 I took the vehicle back up there and they said that the car needed a replacement gas too and they repaired it I then drove the car off once again the engine light was still on so I took the car to ******** and they diognosed the vehicle and stated that the car has a leak and it is a large leakage that can cause the car to over heat and it would leave serious damages if not repaired. I went to the car dealership to ask for them to seek the issue along with giving them the manual of the diagnostic test from ******** and The dealership Manager ***** said she would reach out to service to get a sooner appointment and get back with me. So today 04/01/2025 I called in the dealership and asked to speak with someone to resolve my issue because the vehicle is now overheating and smoking from under the hood I told ***** and asked if they can just keep the same contract and put me in a more reliable vehicle because this is causing me to miss work and effecting my transportation from getting my kids from school and a loss of money she said they do not exchange cars so I asked for my money back and she said they could not do that . So I would appreciate my money back or I would like to file a lawsuit suit with Drive Casa from the Limit Law !

      The care was repoed in which I dont care . I have been contacting ***** that deals with recovery department for almost 2 weeks to retrieve my property that was in the vehicle no 1 has gotten in touch with me. I keep telling the. My son medication is in the car which he has epilepsy and my grandson social security information is in the vehicle along with power of attorney documents that is much needed they failed to respond I spoke to the police they told me by law they have to let me get my property out of the vehicle and they have failed to do so

      Me and my husband and babys went to buy a car we paid ***** dollars for a car downpayment as we was driving home the car started smoking and broke down we called the company to help us they refused they left us on side of the road with babys in the cold. The *** said he could not help us. Two days later the car still on side of freeway so drive casa goes and gets it and now everytime we call they hang up on us. So they now have our money and the vehicle. We need help

      I hydroplaned and slammed into two trees on January 30th, 2025; totaling my car and was taken to the ** later I was driven to my local body shop; ******* **************** where the car was towed. I've been trying to get in contact with my dealership; Drive Casa, whom I bought the car from to make a claim. I've been calling there office and claims office nonstop to get the word on what to do about the car and the never answer their phone. It's been about a week now and whenever i call I'm met with no response.
