    This company is a company that thinks outside of the box. They do outreach and it is wonderful to have someone like me, who is not tech savvy, explain all about business telecommunications. To the CEO of the company, I thank you for hiring ****. She helped me tremendously.

    Ive been a Unified Global customer for almost five years now. The service and customer support has always been top notch. From the time the salesman came into my store I knew this was a good choice for me. My contract is up now and they reached out to me to get me signed up for another term and I quickly agreed with no hesitation. They were able to offer me another really good deal and I recommend them to all of my fellow business owners.

    This business calls my place of work a minimum of 4 times a day. We have told them time and time again we are not interested and to please remove us from their call list. (They don't even have the proper persons name for who is in charge and they have also been told that). We've got many different answers as to why they cant take us off or that they will, this afternoon i was laughed at and hung up.

    Installation was quick and painless. The team handled everything professionally, and they were in and out with minimal disruption. They made sure everything was set up perfectly before leaving.

    Since implementing call forwarding and voicemail-to-email, our communication has become so much smoother. Even when team members are away from their desks, no calls are missed. Its a small change thats made a big difference in our daily workflow.

    They have moved into our area in the last 6 months or so and call us several times a week to get us to switch our business ***************** I have told them several dozen times we are not interested in switching services and we are not interested in having someone come in to talk to us. It's a different caller and number nearly ever time, around 2/3 of these calls are polite or neutral and 1/3 are some of the rudest telemarketers I've ever spoken to I've had to hang up numerous times and have been yelled at a few times as well.

    The ability to record calls for training and quality control has been incredibly valuable. We can go back and review calls to improve our customer service, and its all included with our service.

    We love how easy it is to manage our phone system through the *** portal. Making changes, adding users, and updating call routing takes minutes instead of hours. Its super user-friendly, even for non-tech people.

    False Promises and terrible customer service. My salesman *** ****** came to my office to sell me the services. I was promised superior customer service, a phone system that has never gone down, and sold T-Mobile **************** as the fastest option. Each one of these promises false and misleading. The T-Mobile service was so slow that my calls would cut out or there would be static. The T-Mobile Service could not handle VOIP, nor handle internet usage for our computers. Within the first full week of the new service, all of my phone lines went down because a server at Unified Global went down. I have been attempting to cancel the service with my project manager, but she keeps telling me that I need to handle this through ******** ****** in accounting. Although ******** was responsive when Unified was attempting to procure my business, she has not returned a call or responded to my emails. If anyone else is having as much trouble as I am and such trouble is based upon false and misleading representations from their salesman, we should look into a class action lawsuit.***** ******* Fiberglass Pool Designs Yardville **

    The sales process was super easy and straightforward. No pressure, just honest advice on what would work best for us. It felt like they were more focused on finding the right fit than just making a sale, which was refreshing!
