My name is **************. I paid $2K to AMZ Book Publishing Solutions on 10/23/23 to publish 8 books. The agreement was to publish before Thanksgiving to capture Xmas sales. This commitment was broken. It took from 10/23 to 12/15/2023. For these 8 books, they committed to provide: formatting/layout, proofreading, unlimited revisions, print ****************** publishing. As a 1st time indie author, they were supposed to guide me. I made a second purchase on 11/10, for an upgraded plan that included 4 more books with art upgrades, marketing upgrades, and a list of many extras. They included a 12 month marketing plan with a balance of $4K to be paid in 6 months. After my books were published I discovered my editor published as my illustrator. I gave them access to MY BOWKERS *********** barcodes) they did not proofread and published ALL 8 books with NO subtitles. Their business process is chaotic and disorganized constant errors too disturbing. I changed my mind about the 4 books. Even now I wait for corrections with no response. I am a Ed.D, their sloppy work is an embarrassment to my reputation and credibility. The nature of the dispute is I have canceled the 4 book order. Over the past month, I have spoken with ***********************, ***********************, *** ******************************* to refund my $2K. All have ignored my requests. They call making offers for services that I don't want. Especially since they have not fixed the first 8 books. They offered a website book launches and social media ads, never seen that. They want the money but wont do the work in the agreement. The second campaign of 4 books was a promotion: $250 for formatting/publishing x4 books $1000 and $250 for upgraded art x4 books $1000. I canceled this order. I no longer want them to do this service for these 4 books. So they owe me $2K. I want my $2000 investment refunded.

I hired Delta Content Marketing to Market/PR my book as an author. The book is called A Memoir of Perseverance and the Catholic Faith. In the contract, money back guarantee and it states, The amount that the client has invested will be returned in terms of book sales and ROI. I have not sold one book since hiring them back on January 31, 2023. There have been continual delays and mistake-ridden services since their hiring. Example. They didn't get my book republished on Amazon until September 2024. That took eight months. It was a nightmare from start to end. I even had three different team leaders because they all were incompetent. There also was a considerable language barrier where I couldn't understand their broken English. I have tried for a refund on three different occasions but they promised to correct the problems. This still contiues on. Thanks, ****************************

This company was hired to support my client, a non-profit centred around empowering individuals to live a more meaningful life, and they did absolutely nothing that they said they would do. Their work product seemed like it was made by high school kids. They were politically incorrect and offensive (my client was promoting a book about dyslexia and they advertised it to be about autism!!!). They eventually agreed that they could not deliver on their promises and agreed to give us a refund. This promise was made to my client's legal team, and then they simply did not give the refund. It's been several months since this promise was made. I believe that this company is actually a scam. I don't think that they are who they claim to be. Very disturbing.

I was taking advantage of my child died. This book was so sentimental to my family. I paid a lot of money an still haven't got my book. They have ignored me after they took 1,600$ for a children book. Others said they only paid 500$. I also feel my race played a role .I still haven't got my book published almost 12 months now. I don't understand I've been patient up till now. They gave me 200$ to stop my review a then still didn't finish publication on 5 sites like promised.I also didn't get edited I was charged for so words are misspelled.

I hired the company for 3 months of marketing. I paid for a ****** preview book, social media promotion,******* Optimization, search engine optimization, creation of social media channel, creation of ********/********* Ad accounts, content development and management, 5 video review, book launch animated video, author website setup, bookmarks, postcards, business cards, 15 blogs/articles marketing, blogs written and posted on high authority domain platforms, and 10 press releases. NONE of this was done! I did ask a delay for the ads being displayed due to printing problems with the book, however, I made it clear for them to get all other things in the contract done and all of the advertising marketing ready to go when it was ready for print (which was about 2 weeks). They did have the full 3 months to get the work done and did not. The printing delay should have never affected the website, search engine optimization, creation of social media channels and account, content development, book reviews, animated video or any of the other items paid for. I made this clear to ***** in several phone conversations.. After constant emailing and hoping to get things done, I gave up. I realized this company must be a fraud. I looked at their website and the links of work they had done for writers (it was very impressive). I heard back from 5 very successful writes and EACH ONE NEVER used Lincoln Writes. One informed me that their lawyers had been trying to get Lincoln Writes to remove their work from the Lincoln Writes Website. Please see attached documentation.

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/11/23) */ Contact Name and Title: Lincoln Writes Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: *****@lincolnwrites.com To Whom It May Concern, a lot of the claims stated on Lincoln Writes are untrue. Additionally, it was never how ***** described in her case. ***** also filed a dispute without even requesting a refund, and in order to defend our position, we also shared our case study to the relevant external bodies. After three months of consideration, the matter was ruled in our favor, and we prevailed in the legal struggle. But if she had requested a refund in the first place, we would have issued it because of our no-hassle return policy. Her unprofessional conduct resulted in the loss of our business as well, affecting the health of our merchants and putting a stop to all transactions until the dispute was resolved. All the books you see on the website are ones we have worked on, and we have a seemingly endless list of writers with whom we have collaborated. As people hire us for ghostwriting services, there is no point in accepting from any of them that they have got their books written by a ghostwriter. Going forward and contacting the authors we have worked with to confirm it is truly unethical, we protect client privacy. If ***** were contacted by authors in the opposite direction, I'm sure she'd be furious as well and would deny if she has hired us. Even after numerous attempts to explain the principles of book marketing to her, she was unable to grasp them. Since each package has a price, a length, and a number of services, even if just one of them is not met, we cannot get the desired results. Please refer to the project documents that are attached. The client was satisfied with everything, and as our work together continued, she stated clearly that she wanted me to put the job on hold for a few days and start once she gave me a go ahead. However, I had a feeling that doing this would result in nothing but total inefficiency, so I chose not to do it. However, after a few days, she once more asked me to put the project on hold. We did allow her two delays, which was also acknowledged by the client, thus initiating a dispute and claiming the product wasn't received doesn't make sense. It's a completely false statement where she said to continue on the project because she never said it, we were the ones who insisted her to keep going instead of keeping the project on pause. We did best as a company to keep things moving along with deliverables like Smm (Social Media Calendar), websites, blogs, and article releases. The project manager called her several times, but she never returned the call or requested a refund. I also sent her several emails with links and evidence that the article was ranked first in the news section using only a small number of keywords. Last but not least, we believe that BBB is a credible and reliable platform which always supports the legitimate side (client/company) and always reviews the case in depth so we are very positive about our case and hope that just like bank and merchant, BBB will also consider the right side. Consumer Response /* (3000, 12, 2022/11/30) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) In response to their false statements: #1 - There was no legal process! I requested a refund from my credit card company. It is not yet resolved. #2 - The authors that Lincoln Writes says they had ghost written or worked for include the ******* ********** series, the ***** ******** series and other esteemed authors with publishers that do not allow ghost writing. #3 - Every author I contacted I asked if they had hired Lincoln Writes. This includes book marketing, and others they claimed did their website only. Every one who responded to me (not knowing I was challenging Lincoln Writes) told me in writing (via their public social media) they they had never heard of Lincoln Writes. With the one exception of one author who has their lawyer trying to stop Lincoln Writes from using them in their website. #4 - I have my emails that show how many times I asked for things to be done that were never done. They conveniently omitted those. This is a buyer beware! Look at what was written about them on the reputable site ******* Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2022/12/09) */ 1) There was definitely a legal process; banks do not operate in this manner. When you file a dispute, the case is evaluated for three months, and the party with the strongest documentation wins the disputed case. It was also done without notifying the company or requesting a refund, which is also absent from previous attached screenshots. The judge's decision has been announced in our favor, and we have won the case. 2) & 3) For the record, we do not work with authors. We collaborate with publishing houses, businesses, and other associations. Our website and business would not be functional if we used information that we were not authorised to use. We also have a legal team that includes members of the compliance department. I double-checked with the team, and they have not received any legal notices. As a reputable company, we respect our customers' privacy and our company policies, and we will never engage in any procedure that is detrimental to the company. 4) We provided multiple screenshots in our previous response, and it's clear that ***** made false accusations. In her last response, she requested that the project be kept moving, but this was nowhere to be found in the emails. I tried searching about ******, it's not even a reputable website because I wasnt able to find one. Consumer Response /* (4200, 16, 2022/12/16) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) As you stated to me and replied to BBB you have a "no hassle return policy" honor it!! I will address the response prior to going back to the original issue. #1 Credit card companies have a dispute process that they review and handle in house. Yes, it is a process. However to call it a legal process makes it sounds like I went to a lawyer and there was a legal proceeding. AND the credit card company is still reviewing the case. #2 I have already provided documentation that authors that you claim to have worked for (not their publisher) have provided written documentation to me that they never heard of you. It brings to mind that saying "if it's on the internet it must be true" (which as well all know everything on the internet is not true). #3 Only part of our communication was via email. I approved the ads you wrote. However, you never had the ads go on the internet or in print. Let's get back to the heart of the manner. You promised to: "Social Media Marketing: After creation of all the social channels and ad accounts, we will build an audience based on 15M+ customers data (who purchased books, novels and audiobooks online) and we will also create an audience having similar buying behavior to make sure we are getting maximum conversions from all of our ads." However no ads were placed. Also promised but not delivered: a website, search engine optimization, content development and management,5 video review, a book launch animated video, and other marketing. None of this was done.
