ASSocia Our subdivision changed HOA management companys to ASSocia. I was instructed to make my payment to the previous management company.They took their time and I wound up making a payment to Asscoia. I put a stop payment on the payment sent to the previous management company and ASScoia is charging me a stop payment fee.STAY AWAY FOR THEM A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!!!!!!Now Im will be selling my house just to get away from them.If I could leave them no stars I sure would.Associa Home Office - Dallas Response

The now-former manager was recorded over Zoom calling me a b****** and colluding with certain members of our condo's ***** of ********* to "take care of" the current ***** President. When I asked for an apology from the Manager, with the *** of ****** present in the office, she tried to shoo me away and told me she would not apologize. The *** said, "Why don't you two just agree to separate."Zero professionalism, absolutely disrespectful, and never take responsibility for their actions or lack of action.Under their watch, our building suffered PREVENTABLE catastrophic failures of HVAC systems, flooding, and fires.Associa Home Office - Dallas Response

******************** The only reason to hire associate is if you want your neighborhood to hate you. They are aggressive send hateful letters with threatening language and use certified mail in lieu of in a simple email. I feel harassed by this organization.Review from Lucy R

Associa is poor at best , there is no communication with the Homeowners beyond one way . Request for information is file , complaints are submitted and closed without any communication with homeowners, voicemail messages are left with property managers and no return response. Board members are not made available , no newsletters . recently the coupons to pay monthly HOA fees were not made available and to pay online Associa charges the homeowner $11 additional to make a payment. I have lived in other communities managed by Property Managers and this is the worst I have ever experienced.Associa Home Office - Dallas Response

Since moving in in November of 2023 our point of contact has changed 5 times and we (and nobody else in our neighborhood) receives notification of these changes. We're being charged for common areas and maintenance of such and there are none established. Where is our money going? Why are we not being communicated with and it's okay to continue taking said money? When asked for meeting minutes from 2023 we were told there was not a meeting. How are decisions being made without a meeting? Whoever handles **********, ** please check on your neighborhoods.Review from Robin B

Yes , **** is awful and they are condescending and take forever to follow up. For what we pay in HOA fees we should be treated like royalty, but the reality is completely opposite. If you call after hours ( which with their very limited office hours) is THE MAJORITY OF THE ***** their emergency answering service is also rude and sometimes refuses to forward messages until whenever the next BUSINESS day happens to be! If I had wanted that, I could have waited and called back at that time myself.Associa Home Office - Dallas Response

They collect your money, but do NOTHING! They are by far the worst property management company I've ever had to work with. Despite multiple emails, requests and follow-***** no one will call you back for matters big and small. Ive emailed all of upper management including the president ******* and still no response. In six months since I have moved in (yes its already that bad), theyve already raised our HOA monthly and passed down a special assessment. Several of my neighbors have also tried to reach out multiple times for ongoing issues with no acknowledgement or response. Our community cannot wait to break ties with this unprofessional company.
