I tried to participate/qualify for study, #XXXX - XXX in October 11, 2021, but I was disqualified for a high blood pressure reading. I have since been trying to get my name detached/released from this study. I'm told that this can only be done through the local Facility, which is Dallas, TX. Today is July 2nd 2022, and to this day, they have not released me from Study #XXXX - XXX, Group 1. I've consistently called the Recruiting number to see if I can qualify for current studies but again, I cannot because of still being tied to #XXXX-XXX, Group 1. I've called and either the voicemail is full or no one returns my calls. I've left several messages with people (2) that have answered the call, but no one's called me back. I've emailed and no one's return my email. I've gone in person one time, and the person said that they would take care of it and here we are still 9 months later and no one's taken care of it. I'm concerned as to, is there a scam going on because they have to get grants for these research studies. Am I part of a scam, stranger things have happened, this is not unheard of! Is this why no one is interested in getting back in touch with me, are there other people that are having the same thing done to them?? I don't know, I also understand that Covance is now *******, and I'm not sure if they're aware of this? I've tried to find out if there is someone in the Corporate offices that can belp me but there is no one willing to give me that information. It's almost impossible to find anything on the internet, especially regarding the research end of it!!! Which is why I'm coming to you, the Better Business Bureau to see if you can help me to get an answer to my, what I think is a very reasonable request? I think I've been more than patient, I'm missing out on participating and making money! I have other detailed information, names, dates, times, etc., if needed.
