      I was banned from Hinge with no explanation. I have no idea what happened and was given no warning or summary of events that transpired. Ive had a great experience with the app so far and am always very respectful with the women I match with. My goal is to be reinstated but I also want to know what I did wrong so I dont do it again. If it turns out that someone is mad at me because I did not choose to go on a second date with me but chose to make something up to file a report, thats different. I would be upset that they can do that without proof but at least I would understand what is happening.

      I am rejecting this response because they havent provided any reasons. Not only have they terminated my account without verifying anything with me, they have also sent a notification to every single one of my matches to let them know that Ive violated the terms of service. There are colleagues and friends on my list of matches that now believe I have behaved inappropriately with women. I have no idea what I did.  Feels a little unfair and unnecessarily embarrassing.

      I have been a long standing member of the hinge app using it to date with very serious intentions. On October 15 2024 I got an unwarranted ban from the app. I have not violated anything in their code of conduct and I was banned with no explanation. I have not violated their service and deserve to have them reinstate my membership.

      I am not even allowed the chance to appeal, it gives me an error message. I really would like access to the app again because I do feel its a great platform to meet on. Every time I email customer service I do not get any response. The least they can do is tell me what I have violated.

      My Hinge dating profile was permanently banned this morning and I would like to have my account back. I had 2 accounts and I didnt realize it was a violation of Hinge rules. I read the rules and wont be doing this again. It was an honest mistake. I carefully reviewed the Hinge rules and wont be doing anything to cause another ban. I really enjoy the app and other than this havent committed any known violations. This is just something I hadnt previously known was against the rules.

      I know this app hides my profile from people to see unlike females. Its is not right how they treat men in their algorithm. We are forced to create a new user all the time because our profiles are not shown like the females. This has be ongoing and want men to spend money to have the same effects as a female profile

      I deleted my account last week sometime around October 10th 2024. I am finally out of a toxic relationship and re made an account yesterday October 14th 2024. When trying to do the selfie verification my account was then banned. I submitted an appeal and spoke with support and they said they cant help me until there is a decision reached. I was notified that the decision was final and not changeable and they cant tell me why but I did violate terms? I have not violated any terms and its not even possible for a report to have been made by a user as I just made the account yesterday and have 0 matches or messages. I want to be unbanned as this is the only way to meet people in 2024 and I did nothing wrong! I am who I say I am and can prove it. I have had issues with the selfie verification process before and hinge support told me to just redo it and it worked.

      A couple months ago, I logged into my hinge account to find out that I had been banned. I had done nothing wrong, and I couldn't access my account at all. I filed an appeal stating my innocence and that I thought there must be a mistake. I was never given a reason for the ban nor have I heard back from Hinge Support. I have sent multiple emails to Hinge Support and have not heard anything back other than the automated message informing me that Hinge has received my request. I would really like to have my account reinstated, or at the very least, be given a reason for my banning. It is my personal opinion that Hinge should be required to give a reason for any ban, however, they don't.

      Hi. I am writing this complaint in the hopes of getting unbanned from Hinge. The ban that took place is groundless, as there's nothing regarding my profile or behavior on the app that breaks the Community Guidelines. I am being banned for not reason (that I know of), no warning, and no follow-up. They are ignoring my appeal request and I honestly have no idea what to do, hence I am asking for your help. As far as I am concerned I have both read and respected the rules on the app. The lack of response and explanation is making this worse and I had genuinely made some meaningful connections on the app. I would appreciate any help in getting my account unbanned.
