      Att has honestly put me through some of the worst experiences of my life recently, and the homophobic misgendering comments from one of your team members on top of the blatant disrespect I had to endure for hours, I was made fun of, laughed at, and I kept begging for a manager and what I went through is unlike anything I've ever experienced. Mind you, I wouldn't have even had to do this if, years ago, someone didn't lie to me and create new accounts without my permission, this issue "seems" to have finally been fixed, but what I went through and the nasty comments from your employee were unlike any experience I've ever had, and who knows if it actually was, ( I had to call several more departments and hours of my time was spent) all because an employee messed up several times years ago. I have spent hours and hours over the past month or so trying to get multiple issues resolved, only for more issues to arise and to see employees directly lie to our faces. I have been a customer with at&t for years with four lines on my account, and I stay for many reasons, but this has gotten to the point that I'm shopping around. The new issue is I received a new bill and it's completely wrong. I was told with my plan, there would be no activation or upgrade fee. Secondly, there are hundreds of dollars in international charges, but I was told this would be $10 and nothing more. I couldn't even use my phone; the calls would drop, they would get stuck and not allow me to connect with anyone, causing me to call again with never any luck. I had to call customer care but could never get through, and nothing would work, and this continued. At a minimum, someone should take the time to look into the customer experiences and hateful rhetoric, and disgusting comments we had to endure, but now someone needs to fix this mess of lies. There are multiple issues, and while I tried to contact care after another 30 mins, I was disconnected on. This is becoming too much, and its not right.

      Can I give AT&T a minus 5? I only put one star because I had to click something to submit this review. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. The customer service employees are very nice but obviously the Company is ignoring their requests. I have been waiting for a refund of $199 for two months now and customer service keeps promising it is on its way. I was initially going to get the Direct TV/Internet package and the day of the install, the installer never showed and AT&T did not know what was going on and Direct TV never received the order. I was so upset when the installer called 30 minutes after the deadline, they said they never received the order until right then and informed me if I wanted reliable internet to not get AT&T. I told him to cancel the installation and informed AT&T that day I was cancelling. This was back on June 10th and it is now August 8th. Took them forever to check in the equipment I sent back which took them forever to send me the label. Like I said, still have not gotten the $199 back that was paid June 10th and am on hold with them again. I feel sorry for the employees or people that are using this company's services.

      AT&T is a BIG hassle! Today I spent 1 hour and 16 minutes on the phone only for the issue NOT to be resolved!! I've had so many problems with my DSL( the only thing they offer in my area)! They are so quick to put your bill up for disconnection but give you the hardest time about solving a problem now so now I'm going to be without Wi-Fi until Friday and today is only Monday I hate AT&T service and if my son wasn't in school there's no way I would deal with this!!

      Don't want to leave any stars. I was quoted a price for 2 months in a row and each time my bill came it was well over the quoted price+ then they refuses to honor the price I was quoted a was pretty much told oh well they cabt fix it. Awful customer service!

      About a month ago I inquired about an upgrade for my S20 Galaxy 5G to the S22 Galaxy 5G. I owed $200 on the phone and paid it off. The sales agent told me this would be an even trade and I specifically asked if there would be any installment plans for the phone itself and he stated that the value of my phone equaled the value of the new phone so therefore no. Turns out I get $200 for trade and have an installment plan. The bait and switch advertising is unbelievable with this company. I have been with AT&T for about 25 years and looking to change at this point.
