If I could I definitely would NOT suggest AT&T WHATSOEVER!!! I’d give negative 5 stars if I was able! Fraudulent! Telling me they’ve the best company, cheapest prices, and when you try to reach out for help they don’t care to help well or are absolutely unavailable! Besides having a defective phone given to me! Tried to replace it but they stated my 2 days were past since 14 days! Having epilepsy makes it difficult to get around! Yet I tried to contact them still & they refused to allow me! Stating they won’t give back my practically NEW iPhone 15 Pro Max my beloved husband gave me & now he’s passed on due to medical malpractice & negligence!! He didn’t reach me anything about how all these phone issues worked nor w/ bills as he didn’t want me stressing & having seizures. Now I’m stressing out as I’ve no one to help me. Betrayed by our own sons who stole his gofundme money for his burial & the condolence money in cards! Even taking checks from the cards!! So this definitely **** we live in. AT&T doesn’t care a thing about issues w/ you once they deceive you & try to get you the highest prices! Conning you to the fullest & then stating it’s your fault. You didn’t come in on time!

I have been with ATT for a very long time, I left them for a while for to the terrible customer service hanging up on you during calls. i left for a while then i saw they apparently had fixed the issues and I decided to give them another try. They still have the worst customer service available but instead of hanging up on you they place you on hold forever. slay the rep from the retention department kept placing me on hold hoping i would hang up and the last time she placed me on hold i put the phone down and forgot i was on hold i stayed on hold for 4 hours! on speaker so she never came cack to the phone!

AT&T are cheating customer by adding a $25 per month charge for 24/7 tech support, without notice. My mom lost service to her phone/internet last night and they would not give tech support because she not paying the $25 charge we did not know about. My mother is 82 years old, blind and need her land line that's connected to her Alexa system to make emergency calls. I'm her son and take care of all her & all the bills, so that means I have to work and if I'm at work and she needs to call 911 or help she has to wait until business hours, or until I get home!!!!!!!!! I think the added charges are a rip off because we have been a customer for more than 25 years and there's has never been a charge for tech support after hours. this is a great example of corporate greed!

Unfortunately, AT&T will tell you anything to get your business. Never believe what they say. I switched to AT&T internet for our business, was quoted $40/ month, but they are billing us $45/month. I have the quote in writing, but no one can help me. No one knows how to fix it- even though it is IN WRITING the charge is $40/ month. Going into the store is probably worse. I used the store in Tulsa at ***** *** ********. I had Brandon helping me to look at changing to Direct TV. I had looked online and could get a better deal online, but Brandon assured me that he could give me the same deal. He brought his manager, Saul, in. They were giving me $140 in credit from AT&T and a $100 VISA card to even out the charges if I would sign through them instead of online. This was in January 2025- and still nothing as of June 2025. I have contacted Brandon, Saul, and customer service. Nothing. Do not trust these people. If you are looking to change to DirectTV, DO NOT go through AT&T. It is more expensive and they flat out lie to you. Brandon and Saul at the Tulsa store at ***** *** ******** will lie to you and not follow through. Sad that this company does not care about it’s customer service.

i switched to at&t 2 weeks ago. i bought 2 new iphones. i sit next to the router and all phone calls cut in and out, or are dropped. I can't even get one bar next to the router. we can't watch tv movies because the tv just buffers now. we can't play games on our computers, laptops, phones. we spent all day friday to be told it was a bad router and they would send a new one the next day. it never showed. i have called and texted at & t customer support to be told i have to pay$150 for them to come out and fix it? there services and equipment has not worked correctly in the two weeks since i switched to them from another carrier. I have to pay for the service that don't work. in the meantime i had to go buy a cell phone from boost mobile and pay for there service while im paying for an iphone 16 max and at&t service that doesn't work. and now they want me to pay $150? they lied to me and scammed me. now to cancel i lose my iphone 15 pro max that was paid off, and i have to pay full price for there phones. so it is going to cost me thousands of dollars to go back to my old provider. at&t scammed me

Terrible customer service, the agents are very hard to understand!!! Why are service centers employing people who do not speak fluent English. It's simple common sense, I think they do it in hopes customers will get frustrated and give up on addressing the initial problem. Lol. They put you on a long hold, go grab coffee or go to the bathroom and come back 10 minutes later saying we understand but unfortunately our multi million dollar company can't give you that 5 dollar credit. Useless all the way around! Reviews should have negative stars, they'd rack those up!

Can I give them zero stars? For 7 months I have tried to fix my AT&T business phone account. Every month the agent tells me it will be fixed. Every month for the past 7 months it is not. They send me the confirmation email that states what they are fixing- and then the next month when nothing is fixed, they tell me that they have no notes ( which the previous months agent said they were putting) they cannot receive email- so cannot send the email confirmation from the previous month. When I ask for a supervisor- they again make me wait for 15 minutes while they "escalate" the issue. Then I was told a supervisor would call between 5:30-8:00 pm when they would close. Big Surprise- nobody called. VERY FRUSTRATED. Will have to call and tell them I want to cancel my service after many years. I truly find this type of business issue time consuming and frustrating.

Seems with every call, I'm presented with a different solution. I'm not at all pleased. Within a week's time I have spent a total of about 7 hours trying to resolve my issues. This is totally not acceptable. Extremely confusing and misleading information given by AT&T in changing my wireless provider. Bill was much higher. Was promised a discount for bundling plan. Discounts were not applied as discussed. They make billions on deceptive practices. VERY DISSATISFIED. ALSO, CONFUSIING AND MISLEADING
