    I had a home visit scheduled for December 2, 2024, 9 am to 12 noon. I called at 11:45 am to learn that my appointment had been cancelled. I waited all morning and was never contacted to advise of the cancellation. I will NEVER use this pitiful organization.

    Tricks new patients into using their at home visits by lying to insurance company saying patients will receive the gift card after claim is processed. Had my in home visit in September and it's now December and still no gift card. On the phone for hours. Given the run around between Aetna, Signify Health, and OTC. Still no results.

    I worked for them,it's a scam or something. I don't understand why they send us NP to houses and the patients PCP does the same Health Assessment annually. They entice patients with gift cards..They need to be investigated.

    The visit was a waste of time. The information gained by the nurse practitioner is already on file with my primary care doctor. There was absolutely no value for my well being in giving this information to the person who showed up and wasted an hour of my time. The person was impatient, as he had back to back appointments scheduled. I plan to refuse all future visits.

    With ***** in the ***********, God only knows what they're going to do with all that health information. I refused to give them any info because why should I? It's a scam that could be dangerous with all that data.

    My insurance company set up the appointment to get me refills on my medication while I'm in transition on moving out of state to have enough refills to cover enough months to get everything together. What a c*** job. The nurse practitioner called ahead of the scheduled time, which was okay. But, she read off the typical question survey that everyone does annually online with their insurance providers. Then she tells me she sent a request to my doctor about my medications. That nurse didn't follow through protocols, to check back to see if anything was transcript correctly. Nonetheless, nurse practitioners actually can write prescriptions themselves that are not controlled drugs. She never once smiled, she didn't seem too interested in doing anything. Furthermore, I ended up contacting my doctor to see if she received anything from the nurse practitioner, and they didn't. They asked if I had away to call the practitioner to see how she sent it over and I told them no. That it was set up through the insurance and I clicked a link to a video and that's it nothing more. So, the next day, we spoke my doctor still didn't get anything. Therefore, she just jotted everything down and prescribed everything I needed. Basically, I didn't need this nurse practitioner to waste my time. Bad service.

    I have had aetna for 2 months now and have had 5! Calls from these people. Each time they've been told no thank you and bye bye. Felt intrusive from the get go and now that I've read these am super glad I went with my gut. What a racket! not to mention the elder abuse I'm hearing. It would not have gone well if this had transpired in my home... so glad I avoided the whole mess.

    I think Signify Health is a crock of bull. In 2023 my husband and I were scheduled for a virtual visit. We were on the site promptly, waited 20 minutes with no Signify employee ever seen. In 2024 home visit scheduled, received phone message as well as email confirming appts between 9-12 am Tuesday 11/12/24. At 1220 pm I called the Signify number to report that no one showed up and I had a to leave to get to a REAL appt. If they can call and email to remind me of the appts, why couldnt they call me to tell me the provider had an emergency. Two consecutive years without the services that were scheduled. ***** should seek other contractors because this isnt working!
