    I was told that for an in home visit I would receive a $50.00 gift card from Signify Health. After the visit the Nurse called Signify Health to verify gift card and was told that I needed to call my insurance provider to select gift card. My insurance said they did not provide the card and that they would call Signify and have them get in touch with me. Nothing happen so I called Signify and was told the information I received was incorrect.

    I completed an in home assessment with Signify Health LLC as suggested by my health insurance company, ******* by ******** . I did this believing that I would receive a gift card for $100. I have never received anything and attempts to contact customer service at ********************** has led nowhere. I had this assessment done on May ******* was promised this gift card within ***** days after my assessment. I have been lied to and promised escalations and call backs to no avail!     Very aggressive and nasty. Talk over you. Call at all hours even weekends. Early mornings and late night non stop calls. They become very nasty. Very stupid company.

    ***** called and set up an in home visit wuth Signify health and, then they are no shows. I called to ask if they were still coming, after waiting until 20 after their scheduled time. I was told they could have been caught up in traffic or at another visit, but the clinician had not cancelled so he or she would still be coming. I waited another hour and called again. They said again that the clinician had not cancelled and should be coming. Mind you they were suppose to be at my house between 6 pm and 7 pm on a Friday eve. I was also told they could show up after dark. I waited giving them the benefit of the doubt until 10 pm. No one ever called to cancel. This is very rude and unethical. What a terrible way to run a business. I will pray for all those that had a part in this, and hope you figure your job out before you run this business into the ground. I have a very sour taste in my mouth right now, and am thinking about changing insurances.

    I've had two different phone numbers calling to set up an in-home evaluation. One of them says it's from ****** the other from Signify Health. They're both actually from Signify. They are very pushy, even when I told them I didn't have time right then, or another time when I was driving. I finally set up an appointment thinking it was required by ******.Couple days later I got a call from the other number asking to set up an appointment. When I told them I had already set it up, I was told they had no record of it.Also, My scheduled appointment is a No-Show, which is a recurring problem mentioned in the other complaints about Signify.I REALLY THINK THIS IS JUST SIGNIFY TRYING TO GET PAYMENTS FROM ********.

    Harassing continuous calls- no way to opt out. Have to block numerous phone numbers, because calls come from all over.

    Promised a gift card, but never received. I gave my height and weight to the "nurse," and she falsely calculated my BMI to be 31 (obese), but in reality, after running the numbers myself, it is only 24.5 (healthy). The visit was a big waste of time.

    I just had a home health assessment with signified health. I was told when they called to schedule the appointment that it was required by my insurance company so I scheduled it. I figured it would be like the regular health assessments they do with a nurse but this was way more involved than I was comfortable with. My doctor doesn't do as many things during my annual physical as they did at this home health assessment. It took more than an hour and I refused t9 answer quite a few questions. Now I'm being told by my caseworker.That signified health is not *********** they lied to me when they called and scheduled the appointment by telling me it was required by Horizon. I won't do it again and have filed complaints with *******. They're telling people Horizon is requiring these visits but they are not so be careful.

    My husbands in home health visit was May 8, 2025. He was supposed to have received a $100 gift card. I have called 3 times and was given the same excuse. Be patient. The card will be mailed soon. It's been 5 weeks and still no gift card. I need someone to call and tell me they are immediately sending it out. This is ridiculous. Terrible way to run a business.
