In November 2024, I received a flyer on an Egyptian Archaeology Update presentation by Dr. **** ****** to be held at the Omni Hotel in ********* on 11 June 2025. On November 24, 2024 I booked a room at the hotel for the period of June 10th through to the 12th. This was also to serve as a 54th wedding anniversary celebration. The reservation was made through **************************. I was required to make a 50% payment on the room for the subject period. Fast forward to June 4, 2025. I received an email stating my reservation was cancelled by ************************** due to the hotel being over booked. I asked how could it be over booked when I made the reservation over six months prior and received a confirmation of the reservation and advance payment. ************************** could not give me an answer so I called the hotel. I was transferred to Reservations where a young lady told me that I was cancelled due to over booking. I asked her why was my reservation cancelled when it was made in November 2024. Was it over booked then? What is their policy on cancellation? First in, first out? I certainly came from this interaction feeling the young lady I was talking to considered this my problem and not hers.

I attended a bank conference at The Omni Homestead Resort in September with my wife. Our reservation was made by our bank for 4 nights, but my wife and I only intended to stay for 3 nights. Upon arrival, I notified the woman checking us in that we only intended to stay 3 nights. She said that it would be easier just to notify the staff of the change to our reservation on the date of our ************ we were checking out, we were told that we had not cancelled the room early enough and would be charged for an additional night. I asked for a supervisor and explained the situation. The supervisor removed the additional night from the bill, and we checked ****** our next bank board meeting, I found out that 2 other bank directors had a very similar experience to the one we had. They also informed me that their credit cards were changed for the additional night. I decided to double check and discovered that my credit card was also charged for an additional night!I promptly called The Omni Homestead Resort to dispute the charge and was put into the voicemail of the billing department. I left a message and was never called back. I then decided to file a dispute with our credit card company and provided them with a copy of the bill I received at check out. To my surprise, the resort contested the disputed charge, and now, I need to provide a written letter to refute their "evidence". Based on our experiences, I am starting to wonder if this is the resort's regular business practice and not an innocent mistake.

I was wrongfully fired from Omni Hotels and Resorts. This company made me look as if I done something so horrid. They just found ways to pick at me past week before they fired me. The audacity. They're budget gets cut and they wanted to take my position away and found a dumb reason to fire me. ******** company, there is no room for growth. The people **** there. And the higher *** act funny towards you. Like racist tactics. The good people always get short ended.

We are staying 4 nights at the Bedford Springs Omni over Thanksgiving. I called to get a luncheon reservation and it took half and hour to get someone on the phone. Not because they are busy, but the options given to speak with the restaurant are hidden underground in the bowels of inefficiency. When I did speak with someone I was told that they were pretty full for Thanksgiving lunch and that I may or may not get in. What the h*** does that mean?*** S

On 9/18/24@9:00am I booked a facial at the Omni ************************************. When I arrived at approximately 11:00am I was told that the entire hotel had been reserved for a convention. I was unable to use any other part of the hotel including restaurants. Because of this situation I then cancelled my facial appointment. I was told that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy, therefore would then be charged full amount. When I called a couple of hours prior the 24 hour cancellation policy was NOT mentioned. I offered to take a credit to use at another time and was told no. They then said that I would not be charged $175. but would charged $70. This very bad business and very *****, My debit card has been charged $70. I want to be reimbursed Thankyou ***** ****

I recently purchased the Mokara ************* package, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. My first service started at 8 AM with a wonderful massage. However, things took a turn when I got into the jacuzzi afterward. To my dismay, the filter cap was full of hair, and there were what appeared to be food crumbs all over one of the steps. This was first thing in the morning, which makes it even more concerning. As someone who is very particular about cleanliness, especially hair, this was a big turn-off. I quickly got out and went to the sauna and steam room, which, thankfully, were much better.Afterward, I headed to the lounge to prepare for my next service. I waited for 15 minutes past my appointment time without any communication. Just as I was about to call, the manager came in to inform me that my aesthetician was running late due to a car accident. I was relieved to hear that she was okay, and I agreed to push my appointment back to 10:30 AM and move my lunch to 11:30 AM. However, the facial I received was far from satisfactory. It felt rushed, the room was freezing, and the aesthetician repeatedly put the brush up my nose. She even got cleaning solution in my eye. Despite her adding "extra stuff" because she felt bad, the service was still under 50 minutes, and the one blackhead I had on my forehead was still there. I had to ask for an additional blanket, and it took forever for her to find one.The hotel and my lunch, however, were excellent. The Avocado toast was amazing, and the grilled chicken Caesar salad was very good. But when I went to check out, I was surprised to see that there was no adjustment to my bill. Despite the issues with my service, there was no proactive effort to compensate for the inconveniences. It wasn't until I spoke up that I was given a mere $37 off a nearly $500 billlaughable, considering the circumstances. It's incredibly disappointing when businesses fail to take responsibility for their shortcomings

I have tried to contact the corporate office twice regarding an upcoming wedding i have at an Omni resort. The reason i have to contact corporate and not the hotel directly is because no one will ever call or email me back. Not only was the receptionist for the corporate office (******? she wouldnt give me her full name) so rude and didnt care to listen to anything i had to say, she forwarded me to a voicemail to a random inbox with no message. So i had no idea who I was being transferred to and why? The first time I called corporate, i was promised a call back but that of course did not happen. No one at Omni seems to care im spending 50k for a wedding. If weddings did not require so much planning and setting dates ahead of time, I would cancel and forfeit the money I have wasted. DO NOT book major events like a wedding through an omni resort. Not even corporate cares enough to call you back or give decent customer service.

Omni frisco took our vehicle for valet this evening and lost our vehicle. The customer service that we received from the hotel was the worst experience I have ever had from a hotel. The hotel kept blaming the valet saying its a third party vendor and were not liable. The vehicle was given to another person who took our vehicle to another city 30 minutes away from the hotel. Had we not gotten ****** PD involved Im not sure we would have been able to get our vehicle back.
