In April 2020, Getaroom.com cooperated with BBB’s 2019 request that the business adequately address a concerning pattern of BBB consumer complaints. At the time, the company communicated actions that it would take, or had already taken, to prevent similar complaints in the future. In response, BBB agreed to monitor the company’s BBB complaints for up to a year. The monitoring and review were completed April 26, 2021.
