    If I could leave zero stars I would. This should be illegal. I thought I was making a reservation directly through hotel but of course some kind of scam happened. Next thing I know Im getting a email from this company saying my reservation was complete for a total of $437.00 for two nights. The hotel was supposed to be ****** a night. Turns out they charged me a protection plan, and taxes and recovery fees of over $50 a night. Called to cancel right away. First ****** said no. I called back and 2nd ****** contacted hotel and hotel said they would refund. ( I confirmed with hotel directly that they said I could cancel without penalty and they would not charge this 3rd party anything). Yet this company only gave me back one night. They are big scammers taking money from people who fell for thinking this was the actual website. I had a hard time understanding anyone who worked there and they would not let me speak to a supervisor. I have an email in to them and if not I will do a chargeback for the remaining amount. The fact that they feel good taking money from people after canceling! Ridiculous!

    What a completely crazy, unprofessional experience. I made a reservation and then needed to change to 2 beds. 3 calls, 4 emails later, nothing. No response. Finally cancelled and accepted a voucher which would not work. Called 3 times and was disconnected all except once where I could not hear her because of the chicken crowing and dogs barking in the background. What a bunch of clowns!!!

    Discusting scam artists. Do not use them and I will be informing ****** and Marriot not to accept reservations from these scam artists. They should be taken out of Business ASAP...AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I will be disputing the charges via credit card .

    I called the number listed for the hotel and thought I was talking to the hotel, but wasn't. Did not find out until I was at the hotel and tried to get them to correct my mis-spelled name. This is when I found out it was a 3rd party booking.

    DO NOT USE!SCAMMERS!Was the wee hours of the morning...stranded and exhausted in an airport and was overcharged the standard rate for the hotel room and charged for bogus fees for a 'recovery and additonal taxes" fee?I will now tell everyone I know about this scam!!!

    We thought we were making a reservation directly with the hotel but then got an email from bookonline for the confirmation. We have tried to get in touch with someone to cancel and now the phone number is not working. I guess we will just dispute the charges with the credit card company. This is a scam. We want a full refund. I would leave a zero star review if we could.

    Scammy--they made it appear as the hotel's website. Charged more than the hotel's standard rate and added "taxes" that were not revealed in first part of booking.

    A complete scam! They disguise themselves as the hotel website and tell you cancellation is by the hotel policy but then when you cancel, they dont refund all of your money, despite following the hotel policy. Currently the hotel is working with them to try to get me a full refund. The hotel apologized and are reviewing its they will be doing business with them in the future. Im sure they are violating all kinds of laws by lying to their customers.

    Money making scam. Total upcharge on room rates. Like $150. THEN, they charge an extra $73 for "refund protection" but you have to have very specific reasons to cancel and must provide paper evidence. So now we are up to an extra $230 more than what it would cost booking directly through ******** NOT BOOK THROUGH *****************!!

    They set up a website to look like the hotel's website. Soon as I realized called them. They try to tell you they need to go through an escalation department. They tell you this will take 2 to 10 days. I called the hotel they have no relationship with this company. I connected the hotel company to tell him this company has no relationship with the hotel. They refuse to cancel the charge while it is in a pending status and now I will have to cancel the charge through my bank.
