              Membership #**********: Aug 12, 2021 I cancelled my Larry North Membership (in-person as required) and received a copy of the cancellation form. 8/15/21 I was charged $48.45 through ABC Financial who handles billing for Larry N****. I called ABC Financial and was told to send a copy of the cancellation but I need to contact Larry N**** about cancellation and refund. I call Larry N**** on 8/18/21 and April W****** told me she would fix it and refund the charge. 9/15/21 calls and emails from ABC saying my account is past due. I call ABC Financial and again told same thing as before. I call Larry N**** and get a recording. I have done everything I was told to end this relationship. I've received no refund for the previous charge after cancelling my membership and I'm now being harassed for payment long AFTER I've cancelled and provided copies of the cancellation. I'm done trying to navigate this labyrinth of inefficiency. No one seems to help at Larry N**** or ABC Financial.
