              Oncor replaced power pole next to our property on April 5 2023. This pole was on property of the subdivision next to us. It was leaning over and creating a possible hazard. The pole was replaced on our property without an easement approved by us. The old pole is still there and the site was never cleaned up. Two months the fuses on that new pole were tripped and have never been replaced. I verified with an Oncor worker that there is no power going thru that new pole and no one has called to report an outage.
