The most unreliable overpriced service around. Never would I choose to pay for a service that delivers such unreliable results. But thats the problem, I dont have a choice. Yet I continue to be forced to pay extreme amounts to be left without power for hours in end with absolutely no explanation or refund. Its the worst service on market and one that nobody can live without. Why cant there be a regulation that requires more reliable service? Everything else is regulated so heavily, yet electricity can be so unreliable and over priced. If I could have given no stars I would have.

Dear Sir/Madam,We wish to address a matter regarding the relocation of electric power services for *************** **** to our new office premises at ******************************************************, in association with *************** as per the request made on 12/07/2023.We would like to highlight that the aforementioned property holds a city permit for electricity, issued under a Certificate of Occupancy. Furthermore, it has been actively serviced without any issues for a considerable duration.However, as of today, 02/07/2024, the electricity connection has not been established. Additionally, we were dismayed to discover that Oncor, without any prior notice or authorization, removed the meter and all associated wiring between the meter base and the building on 1/16/20, constituting an unauthorized trespass onto the property.

Oncor is a joke on steroids. ***** deserves better than these clowns. Oncor is like a slum lord.

Worst customer service. Called regarding an issue for my business. Someone showed up without letting us know they arrived. Dispatch says they arent required to. After that when we went to greet the technician we found him cutting a lock. This is the first time we have seen this so we simply asked is that your lock or ours ( because if it was ours we could have found a key for it). He replied back it doesnt matter if its yours our ours Ill cut it anyways if I want to, and what would you do about it. I was so appalled I simply walked away silently and called the same number requesting to file a complaint against the disrespectful technician and his rude customer service. They claimed that they would file a complaint but I could tell that they are use to these complaints and defended the technician repeatedly saying they arent required to inform us when they are on property. I responded thats not my point or complaint. I requested my complaint to be escalated since I could tell it wasnt being taken seriously and they wouldnt offer a report number. I was told I would get a call back same day. The call still hasnt come 3 days later. This technicians attitude was dangerously confrontational. While holding bolt cutters hes boldly and aggressively asking me what am I gonna do about it. How is this acceptable?!?All in all terrible customer service all throughout and no one cares that their customers arent satisfied and from what I can tell its because they know their name/company is so big.

These people should be buried under a jail cell ! They murder people with not fixing there grid then they pop up at your house and cut your power off without calling emailing or texting . I was at working from home and they cut the power off to replace the meter. So they can ***** some more ! I called corporate office and they said they wouldnt compensate for the work I missed . Again they do whatever they want without any accountability

They do not maintain their equipment at all here. Poles have tie downs to keep them up. Literally zero communication except power will be restored but we dont know why it went out. Then continues to lie about times. Workers are just driving around doing nothing. My tree was supposed to have been trimmed back by them yet still hasnt been done. Oncor is a crooked company who has a monopoly on the power here.

In 2021 I called Oncor Electric Delivery Company due to some low hanging branches in neighbors yard to see if they could cut em back cus they were getting close to hitting our transformer, they never actually sent anyone out. Tried again a couple times over the next couple years and nothing.. fast forward to today: Called Oncor Oncor Electric Delivery at 3:55 to report neighbor's yard was leaning on transformer in my backyard and arcing due to the heavy rain. At 5:30 there was still no response as of yet, called back for update, was told no useful information by dispatch.At 6:45 I called again, at this point whoever was ******* the phones had gone home for the night I was told via automated message that the "power had been restored" and a automated voice told me the ticket had been closed and to have a good day which the phone line hung up on me. Despite no technicians actually coming out to the property.at this point shortly there after the transformer blew and killed all power to the *entire* 4 block ****************** of us. At 7:40 now the poor technicians arrived having finally realized what killed the power. forced to work in the dark in what i personally call "copperhead valley" due to the copperhead snakes surrounding my property to fix the transformer and restore power to the neighborhood. Thank you to the linemen who really did their best once they got out to the pole. And to Oncor Electric Delivery this is a public name and shame. SHAME.

10 power outages in the last 12 months, the same group of 155 homes and nobody at encore will give us a time a day out of correctly fix the issue. Nor provide generators at no charge to 155 homes. I had a complaint with a ***** energy commission.

They are the worst! You can't find anyone to talk to and they have zero accountability to those that must use them.The city planners of ****** ***** should be slapped for allowing this group to continue.
