  Jefferson told my wife and I our insurance would approve the services she requested so we paid the patient share cost back in January 2024 and they were supposed to file the necessary paperwork with our insurance company. Here we are in the middle of 2025, and they still have not sent the correct files and is now demanding we pay what the insurance is not paying. I called the insurance and the said theyll pay if Jefferson sends the correct paperwork, so I called Jefferson and got nowhere then, the insurance called several times over many months now but could get through to the operator with a standard response the *********** is close try again next week. I the mean time they continue cancel her appointment demanding we pay the insurance portion of the bill. Not cool, I have asked the insurance to contact me before paying Jefferson. Do NOT get Invisalign done with Jefferson unless your insurance approves it in advance because they will not or cannot fill oy the correct forms. I have never conducted or seen a business with such bad processes.

  Absolutely atrocious business so avoid at all costs! My worst nightmare and one that will stay with me forever. These so called dentists will tell you that you'll need multiple unnecessary treatment. Jefferson Dental Clinic should be closed down because they definitely do not have your best interest in mind. All they care about is to find problems each visit so they make money. Don't even bother calling or emailing customer service with a complaints because they won't even get back to you. The young dentist extracted a perfectly good molar with a gold crown because I had a I 3 roots molar anatomy which is a rare finding. Can you imagine? A dentist pulling out a molar out of a patient mouth without consent, just because it was a rare finding. As I was requesting my molar with the gold crown to be giving to me; I can hear the dentist in the back-office bragging about it having a 3 roots molar to show. The manager told me to leave or she was going to have me arrested. Because, I refused to pay the bills, specially my insurance payed them. Now, they are sending me to a collection agency, which are harassing me all the time. Jefferson Clinic is corrupt. DO NOT GO TO JEFFERSON DENTAL CLINIC. THE PERSONELL ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, CARELESS, AND LEACHING THE INSURANCE.

  Absolutely atrocious business so avoid at all costs! These so called dentists will tell you that you'll need multiple unnecessary treatments to line their own pockets leaving you needing more expensive treatments in the long run and they WILL ruin your teeth just to keep you coming back for more 'treatments.' ************ should be closed down because they definitely do not have your best interest in mind. All they want is to find problems each visit so they make money. I had to have the same crown replaced multiple times only to be told every 6 months I'd need new ones but the reality is they make crowns out of poorly made material so you have to get a new one every few months. They make you sit in a chair for hours every appointment just to raise a patients anxiety and be told I need thousands of dollars worth of treatment. Don't even bother calling or emailing customer service with a complant because they won't even get back to you. These dentists don't care about anything other than raising your bill not your oral health. It's a real shame how they go into this profession wanting to 'help patients' but then they somehow turn into money hungry greedy people who will purposely tell patients they need all these BS treatments just to line their pockets. Please whatever you do avoid avoid avoid this place otherwise you will be paying hefty bills each and every visit. The most incompetent and unprofessional staff I have ever met

  THIS PLACE HAS TOO K SO MUCH MONEY FROM AND NOT HELP ME IN A PREVENTATIVE WAY BUT TAKE MY MONEY PULLED TWO TEETH LIED TO ME AND SAID I NEEDED IT .BEEN GETTING MY 6 MONTHS CHECKS AND ALL OF SUDDEN I NEED ROOT CANALS, CROWNS, HOW YOU SKIP OVER CAVITIES.THIS IS A SCAM BUSINESS TAKING ADVANTAGED.LAWSUIT IS NEEDED.

  At Jefferson Dental in NRH, I received five small fillings on my left side and a deep cleaning. The cleaning was satisfactory, however, the filling procedure was significantly prolonged due to the dentist's simultaneous treatment of multiple patients, requiring repeated anesthetic administrations. Post-procedure, I experienced substantial pain in a treated tooth, hindering my ability to eat on that side. A subsequent visit revealed the original dentist's departure from the practice. A different dentist examined me and suggested a possible fracture during the filling, necessitating a root canal or extraction. A second opinion confirmed the fracture and the need for a root canal or extraction; I chose the root canal. Furthermore, I have yet to receive a refund for services not rendered, despite multiple calls and an in-person visit to request the refund. Mind you this ALL happened January 2024.

  This place should be closed immediately......I chose to go here because my insurance suggested it. I went in for my annual cleaning and not only did they not clean my teeth they took xrays of my mouth told me what they suggested and sent me a bill for ****** dated Sept of 2023 and my visit was October of 2024....WTH ? I ask for a detailed explanation and haven't received anything but another bill.....very scary place ??

  DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, My son had dental work done, to help him out I said that I would make his payments. I made it clear that I did not want my name on the paperwork. I will help him make payments with my HSA card that was about to expire. Tell me why these people called asking me about a payment for my ADULT son dental work. I told them I had nothing to do with his payments after my HSA card expired, this was temporary help from me. To make a log story short they took my signature from my personal file ( I was a former patient) or they used the signature from me signing the receipt. Why am I responsible for dental work on my ADULT son? I NEVER signed a contract!!!

  Ive been a patient at the ************************************* location in *****, **, for two years now, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Scheduling appointments with the ortho management team has been a nightmare. They frequently reschedule appointments at the last minute, making it incredibly difficult to plan around my work and personal ******* make matters worse, Ive seen 3-4 different orthodontists during this time, which is highly unprofessional. Its hard to build trust or feel like Im getting consistent care when Im constantly shuffled between different providers. This inconsistency, combined with poor communication, makes me question whether this location is being managed properly.Honestly, the way theyve handled my case makes me want to contact the state board. I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable orthodontic care. Its been nothing but a headache.Then reply with a number not in service.

  Bad service Every time rescheduling They have changed my doctor 3 times For a minute late reschedule again and when be on time see you an hour later Im almost two years with braces and have not seen results.
