    I called with a question about a foot panel in a full couch casket. The representative answered my question very rudely, then he asked me if I was ready to order. I told him no, that I was trying to decide on items for my funeral. The representative then said "oh, you're just being a pain". That was very rude and hurtful. I have worked in customer service for over 40 years. You never know who is on the other end of the phone.

    What would happen if you went to a car dealership and said you want to shop cars but you won't need one for 20 years hopefully? They would not give you the time of day.So this lady was not needing a casket for 20 years. I told her what she needs to know based on not needing one for 20 years. SHE WAS NOT A BUYER. She then started to ask bazaar questions that no one asks.Do not call us and ask 20 questions if you do not need a casket for 20 years. Try going to a car dealership and see how successful you will be with the same approach.

    1/29/2024 I placed an order for a baby casket yesterday, I called and someone kept snoring, I decided to hang up. I then received a call today 1/29 at 4:59, ********** time. I had requested *** ground shipping, he said and repeated he was gonna loose money on this one, Im so confused he asked when the services were taking place I stated on 2/15. He said he was gonna cancel my order because he wasnt gonna make money off it. I have not seen no cancellation, I been calling the number on their website and his the ************ he answers and keeps me on the line, he seems to have conversation somewhere else. He wont answer my call. Its very difficult enough to loose a child and choose a casket and having to know look other options is very devastating.

    Absolutely the worst people to speak with during the most emotional time in life. Ive never been talked to so bad and so rude. I was in absolute tears and fear of a law suit because they assured it would happen. I had just lost my loved one and never imagined ANYONE would talk to a grieving person like they did to me. I wouldnt wish it on nobody. Please please heed my warning before they do this to you also.

    Customer was rude. We hung up the phone. We don't have to do business with people that are rude.Some buyers think they can be rude and we have no choice. Well that is not the case. If someone is rude, we don't have to sell to them.

    If you would like to save money at the expense of extreme traumatic aggression, demeaning comments, and painfully hurtful lack of empathy this is your guy! He asked if the person weighed less than 200lbs. I said no. He then said then we can't get this casket they won't fit. I said "well it doesn't matter..." When he interrupted me with comments as it does matter, I know what I'm talking about you don't, she won't fit, and so on. (What I was going to say was it doesn't matter if it's this casket. He bit my head off before I could even explain. Then just trying to understand how to measure for a casket I asked why was there a weight limit online.... BIG MISTAKE. Because now he went on to explain very rudely how a 500 lb pile of rocks is different than a 500lbs body. So I said then how do I know what size if it isn't the weight. He then started talking about measurements and said he could send them to me. I admit I had no idea what I needed for my loved one. Before getting off the phone he said she had to have a double plot because she is so big. While I do appreciate the fact the "he is trying to educate" his customers. The way he went about it was soooo demeaning. Little did I know it would only get worse. I called the funeral home received her measurements. And confirmed that we would NOT need a double plot or even an oversized plot. Purchased the size I needed and called back to confirm the order. Be then he starts in with "will she fit? Will she fit? Over and over. Not letting me get a word in. I asked if be was the owner then it turned into calm down ma'am your fine. Keep in mind this entire time I kept my cool. Lots of prayer was involved. He then be raided me if I got a double plot. I kept telling him the funeral home took care of it. He then stated ok I'm putting on your order customer guarantees she will fit. This was just a small part of the order! Please save yourself the pain and go somewhere else!

    THis customer was impossible. I have given this explanation to **** customers. They wanted to buy a casket for a person and clearly they would not fit in the casket because the person is oversize (woman over 200 pounds) for the casket. What happens if I send a casket to the customer and they will not fit. Unfortunately I know. They do not want to pay for the casket that they ordered. I refuse to send a casket to a customer that they will not fit in. I cannot believe that they could not understand this. ******* 400 caskets per week and this is that ONE customer that is both arrogant and unable to understand simple things.End result we will not send the wrong size casket to a customer no matter how much they want it. This customer will have a rough go of it in life I am afraid.

    The guy on the phone was extremely rude we wanted to purchase a casket for our sister who just passed away. This man was aggressive and rude how can anyone give birth to such a heartless demonic human if you can even call him that. You should be ashamed of yourself lord forbid your loved one or yourself pass and someone treats your family like total c*** and makes them feel more s***** then they need to feel. May *** have mercy on your soul and mercy on your mothers soul for bearing such a heartless child.

    We do not sell to rude people on the phone. Sometimes they do not want to hear our explanation of charges and time of arrival. The funeral home price is thousands higher than our price. If they want to be rude then they can simply buy from the funeral home. We do not have to sell to them.

    This place is unreal. The person I talked to was very rude and cursed at me even though I continued to keep my calm. Not sure why he felt that he needed to address me in the way he was. All I needed from him was a receipt for purchase of a baby casket that we received from them. He kept calling me an idiot and could not hold a decent conversation. I have advised my funeral directors not to use this company any longer as they do not need to be verbally abused when they are trying to assist families at a most vulnerable time. no stars for this company, I was forced to give 1 star in order to leave this review.

    We have about **** orders for caskets per month. A simple request for an email confirmation and she had to be difficult. We have probably 30 customers have ** resend them copies of their receipts per month. Why was she such a problem???? She probably did not mention that she saved $1000 off what the funeral home was charging for that casket.Why was she a problem????

    This company has the worst customer service ever. I contacted them because my dad died. I wanted to purchase mini urns. I placed my order at night. The next morning I received a text stating the product I ordered wasn't in stock. I called the number that texted and spoke to a woman. She sent a variety of pictures to pick from. Me and my sister called a different number with the product number of our new selection. A man answered the phone and I started to explain to him the product I ordered wasn't in stock and I wanted to give an update of what I wanted. He cut me off and started to insult me and my sister. Stating that we were stupid, we didn't know what mini meant, if we knew what an inch was, if we knew how to measure, that we ordered something but didn't know how to read, and the insult kept coming. I explain to him my dad had just died that Sunday. I asked him if he understood that we were in a state of mourning and his job was to sell us what we order. He goes on stating that I purchased the mini urns that I couldn't fit my cat in. Me and my sister understood they were mini urns. They were keep sake urns. Did we know that through this particular company they were over priced??? No, we didn't. The guy wouldn't give us his name. He laughed at ** the whole time. I would assume it is a in home family business. Home business or store front business that man does not need to work with the public. He doesn't need to work on customer service. People mourn differently and he didn't know what kind of mental state I was in. I wasn't angry, disrespectful, I didn't insult him once. I did nothing that called for that type of treatment. He insulted me because the company ran out of the product the website was offering. I am still baffled. That guy was pure evil. If I had read the reviews I would have known because their reviews explain over and again that there is a man that doesn't care about the people he is serving and his terrible random evil customer service

    FAMILY was INSULTING TO US.

    WE don't have to sell to families that are insulting.

    We sell 400 caskets per week. You are always going to get a jerk once or twice per month.

    This company have used this response various times. It must be their default reply. Multiple people are commenting the same things. Concerning the same unpleasant guy. No one writing their reviews concerning this man's terrible customer service ever had a conversation with each other. They may sell 400 caskets per week through their website. No one has the unfortunately opportunity to have any kind of interaction with the man at the business through a smooth online transaction. The woman at was very decent. Anyone else that comes in contact with this man has the same experience during a very stressful, depressing, horrible time of their life. While they are mourning the death of their loved ones.


    This company seriously need to be investigated. If nothing else the man should not be allowed to communicate with customers by answering the phone. He answers phones but doesn't answer questions. He doesn't have patience nor consider anyone and the situation they are in.

    I've never insulted anyone and if I did it was in my reviews when I stated the guy was evil. Pure Evil!

    If they didn't want my business they should have sent a text stating they were canceling my order verse laying a bunch of boxes all over the floor to take pictures to sent to me. Also sending me a text stating the items I ordered wasn't in stock to call the at my earliest convenience.

    If the had the items in stock they would have had my business because I initiated my order online. I was okay with play those high prices. I took my business elsewhere. With them my price for 8 keepsake urns was about $268 with shipping fees. I went elsewhere and got 7 keepsake urns and a full-size urn for $189.

    They should be investigated.

    ***** was rude. Called me stupid for asking for clarity about the shipping. The website clearly states free shipping, but he told me there would be an additional $310 shipping fee. I then asked if he spoke to all of his customers like this and he said, "No, only the stupid ones!" This is no way to deal with grieving family members.

    We don't have to sell to rude customers.

    400 customers per week all over the USA and we get one person like this about once every 1600 calls. We don't have to sell to them. They can buy elsewhere.

    Called to place an order and on the previous day before I spoken with a guy he told me to let the funeral home know that I was going to order from them and that's what the family member wanted so the funeral home could pay them with their credit card. Going forward I spoken to the sales person on 10/27/22 to relate the price I was given from the funeral home if I would just order from them they would give a better price which came to $1045 which Best Price Caskets price online was $1495 now I was willing to go with the company because of the exact color. The sale representative at Best Price Caskets tells me I am just a dreamer and broke if I think I could get a price like this .. which on their website it is stated, that Best Price Caskets price match. I am so glad this rude individual opened his mouth and displayed bad character and what he represents. I asked, to speak with Manager he saiid, No... I did not purchase anything from him and will continue to write reviews.. I found this company by ******** so happy he opened his mouth which represented the company and I will continue until I get to a corporate manager. So distasteful and no respect to families that lost a love one this man sound so demonic and bold. Mainly upset because he did not get a sale and there was a better price and because he is nasty with his mouth and un caring he will continue to loose sales because word travels more than he thinks. To let you know regardless to price in order for me to call Best Price Caskets I was considering going with you regardless to discount however, your big mouth blew it:.

    We have low priced caskets, medium priced and higher priced caskets.

    The customer was comparing and low priced casket to our medium priced casket.

    We did he want us to price match? The reason is because it was not the same casket.

    No problem he can just buy the lower priced casket from the other person.

    We sell 400 caskets per week. We get some people that try this. He have caskets for $1095 but he wanted a mid-priced $1495 for $1095. Not the same casket.

    I wish I would have read the reviews before dealing with this ***** person. I recently lost my mother and was referred to this business by a relative. Because I am new to this process, I had many questions. The attitude of this man is downright disgusting. This company NEVER reached out to ** to let ** know that his courier's truck broke down which delayed our shipment. ***** offered the suggestion of ** picking up the casket from the airport, which was the craziest thing we'd heard, caught an attitude because he had to explain a process multiple times to me and had the **** to ask me what else did I want to talk about, the weather? I was NEVER rude to this man, so the cookie cutter response is not valid for this review. *****, your customer service experience is absolutely awful. Consider the business that you're in and treat people accordingly...someone will be planning your services one day, do you really want people treated the way you're treating paying customers? We will NEVER do business with this company again, simply because of the service received last week. POOR SERVICE!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

    Our first courier's vehicle broke down so got another courier to deliver it. No big deal.

    The customer thought if he called and was belligerent with us that it would help get his casket sooner. WRONG.

    Casket was delivered before the funeral. THe customer saved about $3500 off the funeral home price. They failed to mention these two things. Strange. Also another happy customer recommended this customer to us

    We ship 400 caskets per week all over the USA. Which is 1600 per month.

    Luckily we don't have too many customers like this one.

    Again, very unprofessional service as reflected in your response *****. No one was belligerent to you, that was absolutely false. My family wishes you nothing but the best and will never do business with you again. We are Highly referenceable individuals, and could have referred multiple streams of customers to you to increase your 400 casket sales that you consistently respond about.
