    I purchased several vehicles from GAA. I just received my 3rd vehicle from them. From beginning to end it was an all around seamless experience. Great customer service as well, & I will continue to do business with GAA in the future. IF THERE WERE MORE STARS I WOULD GIVE A 10 STAR!!!

    This site is a joke. You bid on a car and even if you win and think you got a good deal. Well think again, your bid has to be accepted first from the insurnace company who owns it. Your bid most likely will be realsitacally to low for them to except it . Waste of time

    Global Auto Auctions acts as a broker for insurance companies and have been in the industry for close to two decades. We do not own or possess these cars, in fact these vehicles are located nationwide which are stored on a member-dealer only facility, they are not open to the public. Since we are licensed and bonded, we made it open to the public and we are helping insurance companies to find buyer for their vehicles.     Global Auto Auction is great!! I have brought cars for the the last 3 years for my family. The customer service team members are professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. They work hard to get you the car you want. These are salvaged cars so you must do your own research. Theres ******** and CarFax to see the history of the car including accidents, damage, owner(s), and maintenance history. The best part is you have no car payments. If youre willing to do your homework you can get good car at a great price.

    The data that Global Auto Auctions receives is great its like an all in one shop, they have agreements with multiple auction houses around the country and submit the bids on your behalf through their licensed brokers. There is a mark up they probably make about $750 to $1000 per vehicle but ultimately it's better than buying from a used car dealer who would make $2,000 or $3000 from you. My mustang is in the process of being repaired I found countless used parts on car part.com and even ***** Thanks Global Auto Auctions will do business again.

    The car auction business is definitely not my area of expertise, so I had to rely on professional support, which I got here.     It is just a waste of time they dont have a capability to sell you the car themselves directly they collect bids first and then they bid on insurance companies it is totally a waste of time Their customer support is zero I have never ever seen such a rude customer support They think they give you the car for free Dealing with Global auto auction is dealing with scammers and a banch of stupid arrogant team I advise everyone not to use it

    Beware!!! Thiefs, false advertising, the proxy bid is a scam.. the wining bid was $2800 they falsely got me for $8500, no actual tilte was received, intead paperwork that ultimately had to process as reconstructed...Watch out for *****, real piece of smooth s*** Not even a registered business in ***********.
