      Unprofessional! Staff member **** stated she confused my application with an other applicant. Stated she called me and I never returned her call. ***** , makes me wonder what they do with our info. .

      I paid off my vehicle but was told I had late fees. I was assured by an officer that I would not get charged interest or additional late fees. After a few weeks, I was told part of my payment was reversed and credited to all late fees, and I still needed to make one last car payment, or I would be charged additional interest and late fees. I was told there was nothing they could do to help me.

      I have my bank account hacked several times; the safety deposit box that I have was accessed illegally by someone else; have several way too many fraud charges to the point I have to replace my debit card 3 times in the las 60 days on the last fraud charge I didnt even get notified by the bank tried to overcharge my account; stay away from this bank

      I was happy getting a **** 2023 but after 41 days late I was told by the representative You need to be responsible indicating I was an irresponsible person and encouraged to return the truck. I own other three vehicles and no other bank has done that to me they usually try to work out a payment plan. Team lead later calls me and insisted every time Im late I would be humiliated and insulted. I regret getting my truck with this bank and encourage no one to go through what I experienced by not banking with them, a loan, or an auto loan.
