      Unethical business behavior. I I had a total flood loss, that the bank took a long time to give information on. They knew the car was considered a total loss and didnt even bother to stop the interest at the time of loss..They kept charging me interest They kept charging monthly payments, kept charging me like a late fee and werent willing to help or talk to me or even discuss any arrangements, they just kept-charging and charging and when I tried to come to an agreement or get help, everyone was so rude and disrespectful and not willing to even listen, talking over me and werent willing to even listen to what I had to say and play the blaming game to my insurance.. I had never dealt with any Bank that does fraud like this or unethical behavior. It has taken a mental load on me, financial distress and I had never had a late payment with rally. I always paid my loan on time. Never had a late payment in three years. The worst part was how every single person that I have spoken with behaved with me I had called so many times to get the that my gap and my insurance were asking for they never send it. I had to do it myself I had to go to my previous dealership and get the paperwork myself and send it to the insurance and into the gap because ***** never did anything. ***** never return my calls and theynever didnt send me the paperwork that I could requesting. I have proof where I even emailed them to what they were requiring, and then never replied to They never returned my calls, and everyone who I have tried to get help from would not even listen. They were just so rude. I almost lost job because I couldnt even afford a vehicle from everything I had to pay to them when I didnt even have the car. They still charged me yesterday 3 cents more after I made over 4 payments . This is ridiculous unethical and unacceptable fraud on a company who has no morals , they have caused so much stress anxiety and financial distress I have 4 children to support.

      After recently reviewing my credit report from your company, I noticed several inaccuracies that need to be addressed. The accounts in question are listed below:Company Name: RALLYCU Account #: ************Balance: $11,117.00 Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681g), I am formally requesting copies of all documents in your records that were used to verify the accuracy of these accounts. Please provide these documents in your response to this letter.I respectfully ask that you do not reply with a generic statement claiming the accounts have been verified. Instead, I expect to receive the actual records supporting this verification. If no such documentation exists, these disputed accounts should be removed from my credit report immediately, as required under Section 611(a)(5)(A)(i) of the FCRA.Including unverified or inaccurate information on my credit reportand continuing to share it with third partiesunfairly damages both my credit standing and my reputation. I ask that you take this matter seriously and resolve it as soon as possible.

      This complaint concerns the inaccurate and damaging reporting of my Rally Credit Union account ending in *****, currently listed on my Experian credit report with a charge-off date of 06/01/2021 and a balance of $14,699.00. This substantial amount demands an immediate and thorough reinvestigation, as this kind of misinformation can severely harm my financial stability, restrict my access to credit, and unfairly damage my overall financial reputation. Under the ****, 15 U.S.C. 1681i requires credit bureaus to conduct a meaningful and complete verification of all disputed accounts, ensuring that only accurate, complete, and verifiable information is reported. This obligation cannot be met with superficial database checks or automated responses that fail to consider the full context of the dispute.I demand that Rally Credit Union and Experian provide a complete, itemized verification of this account, including the original account agreement, accurate payment histories, and all supporting documentation used to confirm its legitimacy. This must include clear proof that the account belongs to me and that every detail reported is accurate and complete. Given the potential for data breaches and errors, this account must be thoroughly reviewed, and if any aspect of this reporting is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable, it must be promptly deleted as required under 15 U.S.C. 1681i and 1681(a)(5). I have escalated this matter to the *** and CFPB to ensure that my consumer rights are fully enforced, and I expect a detailed, comprehensive response, not a generic, automated template. Failure to properly address this issue will constitute a clear and willful violation of my rights, exposing the responsible parties to significant legal consequences.

      I never got a car loan from Rally credit union . This is identity theft and fraud . Remove it from my credit report

      Same problem as navy federal bank. One day it will show your good on your charges. Next day youll be in the negatives. Its ridiculous. Spoke to customer service **** said it was on merchant. Never had this reoccurring problem with ***************. Never had gone into the negative because *************** would keep up with my purchases. So I can find it bogus when she said its on merchant if they cant find a way to correct this issue I will be leaving the bank. Its already frustrating as it is it takes a while to get a hold of someone. Its frustrating having to pay overdraft fees almost in every pay check and not just 1 overdraft fee. Multiple. Not only is this happening to me but to my boyfriend as well. We thought wed be better off with this bank but as of right now Id rate it 3/10.

      Reported a Debit Card Fraud. Was instructed that it was best to cancel both debit cards and that these would be replaced. Spending more than two hours with their customer service representatives only got one card replaced. Contacted them again. They replaced the same card that had already been replaced. This has interrupted numerous auto-payments and caused significant amounts of time to try to manage a simple request...now several requests.Attempting to contact our branch manager directly. Call center delayed over 20 minutes. Would not provide any direct line to our branch. There is no alternative but to cancel any banking with them and move all direct deposits to another institution. Who has time to be on hold/phone for two hours just to (not) get a debit card replaced?

      My husband and I got a auto loan with Rally in 2022. We paid the car off on 4-2-2024 and have been waiting for the title to the car along with the paperwork saying we paid it off. When we called on 6-10-2024 to find out why we had not received anything they said it was cause of a bad address and they can't change people's address over the phone. We were never contacted in any way by Rally to let us know that they had the wrong address and that we need to update it. Now I have to keep my car parked because they won't release the title till we either send them a letter, setup a bank account (which we are not doing) or email them to change the address.
