On or about July 2023, my wife, *******************, purchased a vehicle from ******************* motors in ******** **. As part of the purchase agreement, ******************* selected Rally Credit Union as the bank to service her auto loan. My wife was NOT given any choice in this matter, nor was she told which bank was chosen until the time the agreement was going to be signed. As a result, she felt that she had no choice but to use Rally Credit Union as her loan servicer. Unfortunately, her experience with Rally has been terrible, at best. 3 months into her agreement, a payment was missed due to circumstances beyond her control. Attempts were made to try and avoid this missed payment, but Rally refused to help and simply ignored her. Now because of that missed payment Rally has started a relentless campaign of harassment against her. This included multiple daily harassing phone calls, and letters. As an example, in one of their latest phone calls, Rally reprimanded my wife because she did not pay their late fee, even though she did pay the full payment due. I would like to note that on Rally's online payment page, late fees ARE NOT shown or indicated anywhere. In addition, no late fees are reflected in the "amount due" that is shown on the page. As a result, I am formally asking that Rally cease and desist harassing my wife. If they want to work with her to resolve the issue, we are willing to work with them.

On January 29,2024 my friend (*****************************) and I (***************************) went to deposit Mr. ********* check into my account because he couldnt get it cashed. So i signed under his name and the check of $2,488.00 was now in my account. The teller told us it would clear in about 2 to 3 business days. The date it was supposed to clear was on the receipt and it "cleared" on the date of recipt. So after I take all the money out of my account and give it to ******, later that day my bank account read -$2,488.00. so I go to the bank and ask them how this has happened. They then tell me the check was altered and fictitious. And the teller tells me that I'm going to have to pay all that money back when I didn't see a red *****. Not none of that cash i got. Why should I have to pay it back? And my question is this why did the check clear if it wasn't cleared? That is a mishap on the bank not myself. They should have went through all their security measures in order to clear that check and now I'm stuck with a debt? That's not happening I will close my account. Is there any way I can get this resolved to where I don't have to close my account but I do need help with it.

In August of this year (2022) my husband and I applied for a land loan and were assisted by an amazing lady. We were grateful to close on October 13th. And were told our first payment was on December of 2022. However, we both opened our credit to find a new account with a balance of 51k. We even received a latter statement in the main stating we owed 51k principal payment. I called them after making my first payment to find out what was going on because after my first payment the balance went up to 54k. I called and called no one had answers. Finally I got a hold of someone NAMED ******************************* EXT. **** Who said h*** call me back within 2-3 business days. NEVER GOT A CALL.Called back today November 21, 2022 called the same extension **** and was rudely greeted by a *****. Who told me I quote it was reversed due to an error As soon as I heard those words. I asked Why was this error made? Seeing as they have my personal info and social I also inquired as to why was I not informed? This will be recorded to my credit that now I owe more because of this error. ***** answered back by saying youre asking questions youll never get the answers too he than began to argue with me. After asking for a supervisor he stated it was a female named ***** and shell be calling me. NEVER GOT A CALL. ********* do better.

I am in the process of filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy, and I have a car loan account # ***** ********* CCU that had one last payment of $432.96 when I went in to make the last payment if found that ********* CCU had added $511.75 in attorney fees were added, without any description or detail on 6/9/22 so I asked to be contacted by ****************** who is handling my account at ********* and she told me the charges are related to the **7 agreement. So, I reviewed the agreement at that point and found the charges hidden in the legal verbiage of the agreement related to the ** 7 ********* CCU fully knew that the loan would be complete before the final discharge and there would be no need for an agreement as there would be no loan at that point in time. The fees which were charged are excessive and unnecessary, considering how much was left for me to pay on the loan and is purely taking advantage of my financial hardship. I contacted ****************** and asked if ********* would rescind the agreement and/or charges and my request was declined

********* has continuously called and harassed us about our late car payment. Times have been tough and we have fallen behind, but always pay the payment before the next payment is due. Their customer service is horrible and they constantly use scare tactics saying they will repossess our truck or we can voluntarily turn it in. They call us at work and never let us speak to a manager when we ask. We hate to but have considered changing banks. They recently withdrew the majority of my check (with the payment less than 10 days late) forcing me to try and find other means for money to get to work, feed my family and pay other bills. I called and spoke to a lady today and just got the same runaround. Threatened to repo my truck, tried to coerce me into agreeing to pay the remaining balance next week when I asked for assistance. Was again not allowed to speak to a manager. Its been beyond angering and frustrating for myself and my wife. This will be the second time we have reported them to the BBB. We would like an apology from the bank and the customer service employees to possibly take classes on how to better manage a situation like this.

On Wednesday, May 4, I went to NavyArmys website to change my personal information- more specifically my address. When I submitted the change, an email was sent to someone NOT on my account that contained all of my personal information. When I contacted the bank, they let me know that they do not know how this happened and could not tell me how they are going to keep my information private in the future.

I had a car loan with NavyArmy CCU. Feb of 2021 the vehicle was in an accident and paid by the insurance company as totaled. At the time of the car loan, NavyArmy sold me GAP protection and stated it would cover everything insurance didn't pay. Unfortunately this was not true and $275 remained owed. But the issue with this, is NavyArmy NEVER told me I owed it. At all. They removed the account from my online account and never called or mailed any letters about the balance owed and instead opted to report this on my credit report. I talked to several managers who admitted this should not have happened and even provided supporting documentation. However, the issue still remains on my credit account. I spoke to a manager again , and they stated even though this is incorrect, there is nothing they can do for my report and I'd have to wait 7 years for it to fall off. My request is for this to be correct, for Feb,Mar,Apr,May and June month reports to show ON-TIME and paid, and the account load status to show "Paid off-Satisfactory". The original way it should have been.

NavyArmy community credit union does not want to help resolve a money issue because they say it has been too long since the issue happened. Due to Covid-19s pandemic its has been really difficult resolving issues, I would hope that NavyArmy could help me with a resolution? Last month NavyArmy supposedly sent me a document to fill out but I didnt receive it. All I need is for NavyArmy to resend the application for dispute, so I can get my money from big mouth direct in the amount of ****** dollars.
