They called me and told me the quote for my repair and labor was going to be around $800. When I went to pick my car up from the service shop, the total was $1,900. They told me it was because the part they ordered was more expensive then the one they quoted me. They never gave me a notice about ordering a different part, or the increased price. Never taking my car back here again for service. This is fraud.

This company advertised a price online for 2024 Palaside, and then when it came down to looking at the final numbers, they tried to add $5,000 on top of the advertised internet price and said the discounted price was only for rebates if I qualify, which was never stated anywhere. I drove an hour and fifteen minutes and gave them the rundown of where I was, what I was looking for, and my monthly price point. His first offer was double on the monthly payments, then 7k more on the listed internet price. His manager came out a second time and said, if I give 1500 down, they can get my payments at 490. I said, "Okay, great, show me the final numbers," and he responded, "We pride ourselves on being very transparent." Well, they lied and were not transparent. I will never go back to these guys

This company is slick when moving customers through the last stage of a purchase and does not go over the pricing page, which cost me an additional $3000. They posted a price in the ****** Blue Book website that they did not honor. They initially offer me a full retail price for the vehicle and I pointed out that this was not the ****** Blue Book advertised price. The salesman came back from discussing this with his Sales Manager and said they would honor the posted price, however this was switched during the final financial meeting. Know wonder they have a D+ rating, I usually do a good check but did not check the BBB website.

Absolutely the worst customer service! Had to give 1 star otherwise it wouldn't let me post 0 stars. Lost a key fob to a 2023 *******. Hyundai said it can only be started by towing the car to the dealership and they would reprogram the new key fob. ****** for the new fob and reprogramming and ****** for towing. When the car was towed to the dealership, the service department had the tow driver ***** the lock open?? My phone alerted that our car was broken into. Dealership said it was easier for them to have the car opened since the key fob was lost rather than them unlocking it their way? ?? Weapons were in the car...but apparently the plan was to just leave it unlocked for days without contacting us. Whatever the case, they now refuse to order a new key fob as the car sits on their lot for six days and counting. We are in the process of towing the car to another dealership out of town. There are good people at Hyundai but the Manager and ****************** do not reflect the Hyundai values or certainly the customer service qualities that a dealership should showcase. We have bought two cars from this dealership in the past but unfortunately it will be our last.

Beware of the classic bait and switch that these shysters will pull. I REALLY don't appreciate my wife wasting an entire day coming down from ****** only to be told that the car you listed on your ad would magically cost $5,000 more because you wanted to charge additional fees that you didn't disclose either on your ad or when she spoke to you on the phone the day before coming down. You scumbags should be embarrased and I hope nobody else falls for or wastes time on your SCAM! You're literally trying to sell a used car for a higher price than if we bought it new with 0 miles. ******** loser tactic.

Worst *********************************** I have ever experienced. I bought my car brand new in May of 2023 - drove 2 hours to College Station because they had the color and package I wanted. ******** was great but there was a problem with one of the features on the car and they did not have time to fix it that evening. They assured us that any Hyundai dealership would fix it for us but that was not the case. We went to two different dealerships and neither one wanted to fix the problem. One even diagnosed the problem and gave us the paperwork to take back to College Station showing that the part was actually damaged in transport before we purchased the car. When we took the paperwork back to College Station we got pushback from service. We made two trips - 4 hours roundtrip - to get it fixed. Both times they said it was fixed but when it was tested it was not. The 3rd time - we demanded a loaner be brought to us. They kept my car for over 60 days. The only reason I got it back then was because I finally went back to *********** and he got approval to bring it to me. I never had one call from the Service Manager the whole time they had my car to give me an update. I had to threaten to go to the General Manager in order for something to happen. He told me that the car was ready on January 29th but I didn't get my car until February 21st when I called Sales. Reading reviews - I see that this is the norm for this dealership's service department.
