            Rance Millican started excavation of a swimming pool for me on September 10th 2021 and pulled three draws totaling $52500 which is 75% of the total cost on the contract. Since then Rance has been almost impossible to get ahold of and he has gotten almost no work done on the project. I was finally able to find another contractor to complete the job but at an additional cost of $22500 ( this is in addition to the remaining $17500 on the contract). When Rance became aware of the new contractor completing the project, he did Apologize for the lack of progress and agreed with me that he owed me the remaining pool equipment and we settled on a refund of $6500 all to be delivered to me March 9, 2022. This has not been done and Rance has since stopped answering his phone.
