I purchased a Groupon for Top Local Maids for $50 toward a $165.00 cleaning. This provided 2 maids for 1 hour or 1 maid 2 hours. They were not able to accommodate the originally scheduled time. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate their availability. The arrival window was 3 hours. There was no contract and all was paid upfront. The 2 maids should have left at the 1 hour point as they should know what their job is. I am not their manager. I gave a cash tip of ~15-20%. Immediately after they left, ******* (the scheduler) called to ask how the services were. I know everything I saw that was missed, but said OK. So, then she said they stayed longer than the alotted time, so I have a balance. She was argumentative & unprofessional both on the ************* She kept sending me a link to pay a balance. Also, claimed it is in terms and conditions, yet would not send them to me and they were not included in original purchase. I would like them to adhere to what their website says and remove this so called balance that they then were trying to give a $20 discount on. I believe it is a scam company.
