I am very dissapointed in the work performed. First of all, 2 new shirts were returned to me dirty as if they had been placed on a dirty floor and a pair of slacks also were soiled by what also looks like dirt. The lady told me to wash them and they would be ok and i told them that these are new shirts and i wanted them back in the condition i gave them to them in. After much discussion she agreed to have them dry cleaned as they should be not washed at home. I also asked if they could work on cashmere to which she said yes however once i recieved it back the stitching is crooked and you can see gaps in the stitching as if not enough stitches were done. If i were to wear a white dress shirt underneath you would see the white through the sweater. Another dress shirt was completely butchered. They sewed it in a way that is not wearable because it was folded and sewn that way. I dont undertsand how someone could overlook that its blatantly obvious. Furthermore i did not know she was sending garments out to other tailors and not doing the work herself. While i was there i heard her call a family member to go pick up someone else's garments at another tailor because the owner of those garments was upset about the time promised not being met. I was also told to pick up on Tuesday the 26th and the items were not ready till a day later than promised. So to reiterate, they are outsourcing the work to God knows who, the handling of garments is inacceptable and the quality of the work is poor. I would not recommend anyone take their garments there. Do not pay until you have inspected all garments or you will not be able to cancel or put a hold on the transaction.
